Mina and Chaeyoung's 4th wedding anniversary are approaching, they are planning a grand celebrations together with their only son's 3rd birthday parties, aside for the big events, they are going to Australia for a vacation the following day.

Two weeks before the grand celebration of Myoui families, Mina met an accident, her car was hit by the truck. She's now in the critical condition.

How can Chaeyoung cope up on her current situations?, she don't like to think that Mina was going to leave them. Is it already their end?
