That night Jiwoo was sitting there, at the table side to side with Somin. They were waiting for the guys to come, however as the time passed her patience was starting to wave.

Where the heck are they?

But mostly why are they taking so much time to come?

Usually the ones who are always late are we girls.

She rolled her eyes up.

To this Somin couldn’t help but chuckle. “Have you finished your patience already?”

“Ye-...I mean No…Ugh maybe. Why are they making us wait? We came here to eat and I want to eat!”

“I am sure they’ll be here any moment so let’s wait just a bit more, Yep?” Somin smiled.

Jiwoo sighed but what could she do if not wait?

In the meantime Bm and J.seph had finally made their entrance in the restaurant but instead of walking normally upon the girls, Bm decided to surprise them since they weren’t watching. So, he began to walk silently and slowly towards their backs.

J.seph contrarily reached and greeted them. “Oi, oi girls” then he sat in front of Jiwoo.

“Hi oppa!” Somin smiled and so did Jiwoo. “Yo, oppa.”

“Where’s Matthew oppa?” Somin asked, an interrogative look on her face.

“He should be here by now..” J.seph replied.

Jiwoo frowned. “What does that even mea-“

“Boo” Bm whispered into Jiwoo’s ear giving her shoulders a squeeze.

Startled, Jiwoo widened her eyes. “YAHHHHHH!”

Bm started to laugh at the reaction while Jiwoo turned around to hit him. “YAH YOU- DO YOU THINK IT’S FUN OPPA?”

He dabbed. “Swag”

She hit him another time, frowning, but he kept on laughing as he sat in front of Somin, who, after the initial shock was now laughing along.

Jiwoo glared at Bm, then looked at J.seph. “Anyway, taehyung oppa, what took you so long?”

“Someone took a long nap and then a looooong shower” He indicated Bm using his eyes, smiling afterwards as he saw her frowning again.

“So fam, we’re here to eat y’know. We better order some food ‘cause my stomach feels empty” Bm pointed out.

“You’re the one who made us wait…..tho” Jiwoo mumbled to herself.

“What?” Bm looked at her.

“I said you-“ Jiwoo was interrupted by Somin who signalled her to stay silent. “Jiwoo said that it is a good idea, and I think the same. Let’s order some food oppa!”

“Man..Yeah! You can bet on it!” Raising his arm, Bm called for a waiter and ordered for his team a great amount of delicious food.

As soon as the waiter set the dishes full of meat on the table, Jiwoo’s eyes began to sparkle.

“Oh my-“ She let out in total awe.

J.seph blinked his eyes a few times at the tasty view before nodding his head to what Jiwoo said.

Their thoughts were suddenly interrupted by Somin. “So, do you want to cook it or keep on watching until it cooks by itself?” She joked and Matthew laughed.

Jiwoo shook her head trying to return to the real world. “Ah- Yeah..Let’s cook it.” Then she took the pliers for meat and started to put delicately the meat slices on the grill as if those were her babies. Taehyung clapped his hands.

“Jiwoo.. Jiwoo, Jiwoo-ya” He looked at her.

“Hm?” She raised an eyebrow.

“Turn that around.” He pointed to a tiny piece of meat that was burning.

“Ah, sure.” She did as he said.

Watching the scene, Somin laughed it off, thinking that for some reasons they were really alike. They were two weirdos. For her, Taehyung had always been an awkward and weird kid even though he was older than her. Sometimes there were moments where she really couldn’t understand his weirdness even though they have been friends for five years. He lived in his own world and it was difficult to predict what he was thinking, however, to her it seemed like Jiwoo somehow could. “Oppa, don’t you think they’re cute?” She asked Matthew who was staring intensively at them since a while without saying a word.

“Oppa?”

“Huh?” he looked at Somin. “Who?”

She chuckled and then whispered using her hand to cover one side of in order to prevent them to hear what she was about to say. “Taehyung oppa and Jiwoo.”

“Taehyung…. and Jiwoo” He repeated.

“Yes, Taehyung and Jiwoo” She nodded slowly.

“Oh…Well…I mean…yeah, they look like two puppies sometimes.” He let out, his voice insecure about what he was saying.

Somin smiled softly. “Yup! You know, sometimes when I watch them I feel like they have a special connection.”

“Uh?” For a moment, he thought he didn’t understood well. “A special connection?”

“Yep, they are so much alike sometimes” She rested her chin in the palm of her right hand.

“Oh……” He just nodded, not knowing what to reply to her affirmation.

She then smiled widely at him.

“Hey, are you going to help us or nah?” Jiwoo blurted out, looking at both Somin and Matthew.

“Of course!!!” Somin threw her fist in the air. Then, she took a a pair of pliers as well and began grilling some other meat.

“Oppa. You too.” Jiwoo glared at Bm as she pointed right at his face.

Bm gasped. “Oh Yeah! Sure Sir!”

Jiwoo laughed and afterwards turned around the meat using her pliers as a real pro.

“Chef Jiwoo in da houseee” Bm chuckled as he took out his phone and began to make a video of Jiwoo cooking. At his affirmation and at the view of the phone Jiwoo showed Bm her pliers, playing with them as if they were trying to eat him.

“Ay ay!” He pretended to be hurt by her action. She looked at him and smiled secretly. Then, he turned to Somin and made a video of her as well.

“Hi” She smiled sweetly at the phone camera.

After adding the description to both the videos, he posted them on his Instagram story.

“Time to eat!” Jiwoo grasped her chopsticks and started to eat some of the meat she cooked. “Mhhhhhhhm” she let out excitedly.

“How is it?” J.seph asked wondering if she did that sound because it was yummy or because it was disgusting.

She raised both her thumbs up and smiled as she chewed the tasty meat. At her reply he grabbed a piece of meat and ate it. “Dayuuum!” His eyes sparkled.

After enjoying some meat on her own, Somin began to make a perilla wrap using meat, veggies and some other things.

“Matthew oppa! I did this for you! Open your mouth and say Ahh” She handed the wrap to him.

“Oh, for me?”

“Yup but hurry!” She laughed some.

At her words, he opened his mouth widely and ate what she gave him. “Mhm, Shanks Sominnie!”

She couldn’t help but laugh as he spoke strange words with his mouth full of food. “You’re welcome oppa!”

“Jiwoo, Jiwoo! I want it too! Why don’t you do something like that for me too?” J.seph said loudly, getting as a result all the eyes on him. Somin widened her eyes for a moment at his request while Bm after a while looked the other way.

“Oh, ehm. Sure!” Jiwoo surprised, began to make a perilla wrap identical to the one that Somin made for Matthew.

“Put in a lot of meat and spicy sauce please!” He smiled happily as she tried to please his desires. Then, she handed it to him. “Open your mouth!”

He opened his mouth and ate what she offered him. He smiled looking at her as he chewed happily. “Yummy, Yummy” he concluded.

She grinned in response, then tried to make one for herself as well. “Wait.” J.seph grabbed a perilla leaf. “I’ll make it for you.”

She looked up at him. “H-hm.”

“Jiwoo-ya” He delicately handed her the wrap as she opened .

She chewed multiple times. “Thank you Taehyung op-“ She stopped. Her pale complexion began to turn into a reddish color and her eyes began to weep uncontrollably.

“J-Jiwoo?” Matthew looked at her while Somin widened in a ‘O’ of surprise. “Omo”

Jiwoo swallowed. “It’s. Too. Hot.”

“Oh my- I’m so sorry Jiwoo-ya!!” J.seph handed her a big glass of water.

“Ahhh.” Jiwoo sighed after she drank the water.

“I’m really sorry Jiwoo-ya, really, really sorry!”

“You almost killed our precious maknae!” Somin scolded him, patting Jiwoo’s head. “Poor our Jiwoo!”

“Unnie, it’s all okay.” Jiwoo nodded.

“HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAH! Your face was so red tho! Like a tomato! Tomato Jiwoo!!” Bm burst out laughing.

Somin laughed lightly at his joke even though she was still scared for her poor friend.

“Jiwoo-ya forgive me.” J.seph ,meanwhile, was feeling really guilty.

“It’s okay oppa, it wasn’t your fault….Well, it was.. but the important is that I am okay now!” She smiled widely at J.seph then rolled her eyes at Matthew “And..I am not a tomato!!”

“Tch.” Bm snorted.

“Now that we’re all safe and obviously full, we should go guys, so that we can have a walk around before getting back to our dorms!” Somin exclaimed.

“Yeah, bro.” Matthew got up. “Let’s go!”

Somin pouted for a second.

“Lettsu go!” She then repeated.

And so, after paying, they headed out the little restaurant.

It was a great night to take a walk near the Han river. The moon shined up in the sky and the temperature was chilly but not too chilly, we could say it was the ideal temperature. The members walked slowly enjoying the fresh air and talking about this and that.

“Jiwoo, Jiwoo” J.seph awkwardly put an arm around Jiwoo’s shoulder.

She looked up at the oldest one, tilting her head. “What?”

“You really forgave me for what happened before, right?” He tilted his head as well, his eyes on her.

She chuckled then nodded once. “Yup”

He grinned.

“But…” She added and his grin suddenly transformed into an interrogative look.

“You owe me an ice cream! A big one!” She concluded.

He nodded, pulling out his smile again. “I promise you!”

Somin, excitedly, elbowed Matthew, who replied her with a frown.

“Heeeey.” His eyes on her.

“Did I hurt you oppa?” She raised her left eyebrow.

“Nah, but why did you do that?” He asked.

“Ehm, Ehm” She coughed, looking at the other two.

“So…?” He mumbled.

She sighed lightly. “Aish. You’re really slow-minded oppa.”

Jiwoo suddenly turned around and grabbed Somin’s arm. “Somin unnie, it’s getting late, we should return to our dorm.”

She checked the hour on her phone then nodded. “Oh, you’re right! So… oppas we’re going now, thanks for the food and all! It was a lovely night! Sweet dreams and See you soooon!”

“Yes, thanks! Goodnight and see you tomorrow!” Jiwoo added and then she dragged Somin away.

The two guys thanked for the night as well and waved them goodbye before returning to their dorm.
