To The Beautiful You
I. Sweet Beginnings

A D O R A

Music.

Adora's eyes slowly flutter open to reveal warm brown eyes. All she could hear was music blaring loudly from my alarm clock, pulling her away from her wonderful dreams.

Her sight lazily drifted to her alarm clock, bright red numbers blinking back at her. Time to get up, Adora. It sadly reminded her.

Almost grudgingly rose up from her silken sheets, she stretched her sore muscles whilst stifling a yawn. With careful footsteps, she walked over to her dresser and decided on a pearly white bra and set with delicate lace t.

Heading towards her private bathroom, Adora got started on her shower, using her favorite orchid scented body wash with matching shampoo set.

When Adora was done washing up, she washed her long tresses of dark hair, humming in satisfaction as she massaged her sweet smelling scalp. Closing her dark eyes, her rosy pinks lips part to sing. "Without you, my lips are turning blue. The water pulls me down and drowns under your sound, this silence booms so loud."

"... They twist behind me like quiet leaves in the wind and as I ride these horses, will they fly?" The melody in her head became clearer and clearer.

"Falling hard! Falling high! Through your arms..." She rinsed away the remnants of any soapy liquid and quickly made a grab for her toothbrush, and applied the minty paste onto its bristles, before brushing her teeth and soon after using mouthwash.

She smiled pleasantly, when she tasted the mint that lingered on her tongue.

Using her toothbrush as some kind of microphone, Adora continued to sing as if she were preforming in front of thousands and thousands of screaming fans. "Your kingdom's come, it's waiting still! I danced around and I lost you now! I breath you out, I cast you out! But if I could... I'd turn back around."

Whilst humming the chorus, she turned off the shower and wrapped a towel around her soaking wet form.

Upon entering her room, Adora put on freshly cleaned garments and made sure to apply deodorant. She let the towel slip from her body as she put on her newly ironed school uniform.

Adora wrinkled her nose in distaste when she buttoned her crisp white school-shirt and slipped on her navy blue pleated skirt, reaching way above her knees and ending at her lower thighs.

"Too short." Adora noted, as she tried tugging down her skirt to stretch it out, but all attempts were seemingly futile. Sighing in frustration, Adora gave up hassling with the skirt and carried on getting dressed.

Slipping on white knee high socks, Adora went to her closet to pick out a cute pair of shoes. She looked longingly at her brown-heeled boots, they were a bit worn, but easily still one of her favorite pairs of footwear.

Adora settled for classy indeed heels that were colored a deep navy blue, the color itself went well with her skirt and made the uniform look a lot less boring.

Tying the thin dark blue tie underneath the collar of her shirt, she finally slipped on her brightly yellow blazer with the school's logo imprinted on the front pocket.

Such a strange color to wear as a uniform. Adora giggled to herself as she twirled in front of her large mirror.

With silent footsteps, Adora moved over towards her newly made vanity desk, and quickly combed through her long damp hair. She decided to let her hair dry itself as it cascaded down her back in soft loose curls.

She took a moment to look at herself through the mirror, as her own dark gaze took in the sight of her soft porcelain skin. From her long ebony locks, to her enticing dark brown eyes that were nicely framed with full long full lashes, and lastly her rosy pink lips.

Adora knew she was a very beautiful girl, something she had inherit from her mother, Esmeralda, the most notoriously known latina model of her century.

Well... that was before she had me. Adora mused.

Her mother was actually quite relieved that her own daughter didn't try to pursue a modeling career as she had, since both Adora's parents wanted her to have some semblance of a normal life.

Adora truly did love her parents, as it was especially hard for her when her father passed away nine years ago from a fatal car accident. She felt the familiar sting of tears clouding her eyesight from the memory of his funeral.

Blinking her tears away, she reminded herself that her father was somewhere in a better place now, watching over her mother and herself from the high Heavens.

When he was still alive, Adora remembered him and mother always being so supportive of her when it came to achievements or grades or simply being their daughter.

Her mother's job as a fashion consultant was relocated to a new fashion company in South Korea, Adora realized that this was a fresh start for the both of them. Although admittedly, she had trouble moving here, after all it wasn't easy learning a new language in a span of a few months.

A small smile flitted over her lips as Adora recalled how her parents met. Her father was producing one of the commercials Esmeralda was sponsoring, she claims it was love at first sight for them and quite honestly their love story sounded as if it came out of some cheesy rom-com.

Adora giggled to herself. It does sound kinda cheesy.

She was snapped out of her daydreams when a loud knock sounded from her door. "Who is it?" Adora called out.

"Es tu madre!" Came the immediate response.

Getting up from her vanity table, Adora opened the door and was greeted by the sight of her mother.

Even at the early age of 38, wearing a simple lacy white chiffon blouse with a tight fitted black pencil skirt, Esmeralda still looked as stunning as she did when she first started modeling.

Slowly over the years, Esmeralda had disappeared from under the media's radar and was happy working behind the scenes as a fashion consultant. A job she very much loved, Esmeralda enjoyed her current peaceful life much more compared to her old hectic one.

"Si, mama?" Adora pouted.

"Are you ready yet? I have to take you to school if you don't want to be late." Esmeralda lightly teased, before her eyes took in her daughter's appearance. "Oh my... don't you look beautiful in your uniform! It looks so good on you." Her fingers fiddled with the collar of her shirt.

Adora's cheeks flushed slightly from her compliment. "Mom!"

"What? I can't compliment my own daughter? Don't tell me you're becoming shy."

"What? No! I'm just... a bit nervous." She paused, nervously glancing at her mother. "What if no one likes me, mom? I mean, I'm not exactly from here. They'll think I'm just some stupid foreigner who's rich parents got her into a school for the talented..." Adora trailed off in mid-sentence.

"Honey, you are very much talented." Esmeralda gently interrupted her.

Adora blew a heavy sigh. "Your my mom, your supposed to say that."

"It doesn't make it any less true." She cupped her daughter's face into her hands, as Adora looked directly in her eyes, only to see pure honesty shining through her own brown orbs.

"Adora you're a beautiful, smart, talented girl. I'm proud to call you my own daughter." She revealed a secret smile. "And from what I hear when your in the shower... there's another beautiful talent inside you, waiting to shine through."

Oh god, was she talking about my singing? Adora mentally screeched.

"Mama... you know I don't sing publicly. I can barely sing comfortably in the shower. Could you really see me singing in front of thousands of people?" Adora couldn't picture herself doing anything exhilarating as that as a career.

Sure I can carry a tune here and there, but I was just the small town kind of girl. Who would want to listen to me? The beautiful young girl sulked.

"You're selling yourself short. Sometimes you've just gotta take risks and maybe this fresh start will help you with that." She advised, an encouraging smile playing at her lips.

Adora knew her mother was right, but didn't have time to say anything since it was almost time for school. "Maybe..." She concedes for her sake.

"Good. We better hurry if you want to make it on time to your classes." Esmeralda said as she held up her car keys and went downstairs.

"Alright, I'll be down in a minute!" Adora quickly searched around her room for her white designer school-bag and headed downstairs to see Esmeralda in the doorway, wearing a proud smile on her face.

"I'm ready!" Adora loudly shouted as she rushed out the door.

Esmeralda trailed behind her in long strides and quickly got into her car. "Don't you want to get some breakfast before you go to school?" Her mother offered as she backed out of their driveway.

Adora considered the option, but the butterflies in her stomach was a sign, that maybe eating right now wouldn't be such a good idea. "No thanks, I'll be fine."

"If you're sure."

"Wait, I have to say bye to dad before we leave!" Adora rushed out the car and quickly entered the house and moved forward towards the image of her father sitting on top of the small coffee table nearby the door.

Pressing a kiss against her index and middle fingers, Adora rested the digits on his picture. "Bye dad... wish me luck today! I love you."

As fast as her legs could, she ran back into the car and hurriedly put on her seatbelt. "I wonder how traffic will be-"

Adora stopped talking when she noticed the blissfully sad expression etched onto her mother's features.

Esmeralda looked to her with a comforting smile, her brown eyes sparkling with unshed tears. "Corazón mío, I know you wish he was here..."

"I do..." She swallowed back the tears threatening to escape. "... but as long as I carry him in my heart and in my memories, he will always remain here."

A smile touches her lips, it was sad, but tragically beautiful as well. "Besides, dad wouldn't want me to be sad or miserable. This is a fresh start for the both of us."

"Adora, if there's one thing I know from my own experience..." Her delicate fingers brushed a lock of hair away from her daughter's face. "... it's to always think positively and make the best out of unique situation."

She released a small chuckle. "I know you aren't a huge fan of change, but who knows? This might be the start of something big for you."

Adora bit her bottom lip. "You keep saying that... but I don't know if it's true, yet."

"You just have to believe in yourself. If you do that, anything can happen."

Adora felt her own lips twitch into a smile from her mother's words. "Thanks mom."

"No problem sweetheart, it's what mothers do." It was then that Adora had noticed the car had stopped moving. She gulped and felt the palms of her hands become sweaty.

Esmeralda placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Hey, you'll do great. Just be you because-"

"Being you is the most beautiful you." Adora finished for her, earning a smile in return.

"That's my girl, now you better get going if you don't want to be late." She jokingly rushed her out the car.

Adora laughed. "Alright, alright. I'm going. Love you!" She shouted before she got out of the car, with her school-bag at hand.

"Love you too! See you after school!" With that said, Esmeralda drove off and headed for work. Leaving a sense of dread to overcome Adora.

"Okay Adora, you can do this! Your a Summers for goodness sakes!" She tried to encourage herself.

Adora walked into school with a confident stride, but was taken aback by the eyes roaming over her form. The males eyed her figure down with lust written all over their faces, while certain girls shot her rather venomous stares, filled with envy.

If looks could kill, I probably would be ten feet underground! Adora sighed with a heavy heart. "You've made it this far... you can do it!" With those words in mind, Adora carried on walking and continued to ignore their hungry eyed-stares.

The bold comments coming from her soon to be classmates, shocked Adora to her very core.

Majority of the questions were of, "Who's she?" Or "She's so beautiful, is she new?" Or even the most obvious of questions, "She doesn't look like she's from here, is she a foreigner?" Most of the questions from the boys were so dirty-minded, it made her own cheeks flush red.

Adora's Korean wasn't exactly perfect, but it was definitely enough to get her by.

As of right now, she needed to find the school's main office to receive her schedule sheet. Her eyes were kept wide eyed open for a sign, but she couldn't find a thing. Just classes that were starting to fill up with other students.

Unfortunately for her, Adora was so determined in looking for the school's office sign, she completely forgot to pay attention to what was happening in front of her.

"Ah!" "Ompfh!" Her and a manly voice exclaimed in surprise when she collided into his solid chest. The blunt impact forced Adora to drop her things. She didn't turn to look up at the tall stranger, but instead reached down to put all her fallen contents back into the school-bag.

"I am so sorry! I didn't see where I was going and I-" Adora's cheeks redden when she see's him lower his body down to her level to help gather her things. "Oh! You really don't have to help me, it was my fault that I bumped into you!"

"I... want to." He said in broken English, and for some strange reason the sound of his voice made her heart do strange things. She nodded with a flushed face, and allowed him to help.

Adora reached for her cellphone only for her hand to touch his. The sensation of his skin touching hers sent shivers down her spine, and she could no longer resist the temptation of not seeing his face.

Almost as if he knew, they both turned their head upwards. Adora was pleasantly greeted by the sight of a very handsome man who looked to be around her age, maybe a bit older, wearing a sweet smile and a strong jawline that would make any girl melt.

What really caught her eye was his own deep brown eyes, she didn't know what is was about them, but there was just something special about them that made them look so lively.

... and beautiful. She admired.

Her eyes took in his whole appearance, from his styled chestnut brown hair, to his beautiful brown eyes, and finally those pink kissable lips and strong jawline.

She noticed he was wearing the same school uniform other boys at school were wearing, except his tie was loosened and his collar ed. The way his eyes raked over her form, made Adora's body burn in ways she never knew could be possible.

She felt herself blush under his scrutiny.

His long pale fingers wrapped themselves around her cellphone and placed it gently into the palm of her hand. He offered his hand to help her up, which she gladly took. "T-thank you..." Adora softly whispered to him with a thankful smile, which he returned easily.

I liked seeing him smile. It lightens up his face. Adora noted.

"No problem." He grinned at her. Adora couldn't help but find his accent cute when he spoke in English. "You are... American?" The boy asked slowly, as if to see if he spoke correctly.

Adora nodded, a beaming smile on gracing her lips. "How did you know?" She lightly joked. "I recently just moved here to Seoul." Her hand gestured around them, earning a brief chuckle from him, and it made her heart flutter with warmth at the sound.

"I can see that." He spoke with a teasing tone, a playful smirk tugging at the ends of his lips. "It's not everyday you see an extremely beautiful foreigner roaming the halls."

Heat flushed her cheeks from his words. Adora could feel her heart stutter inside her chest, as if she was running a marathon. She bit her bottom lip and his eyes darted straight to .

Okay, no lip biting in front of him. Dully noted.

"B-beautiful?" She stammered with red cheeks.

"Yes. A lot of the guys at school were talking about how this beautiful foreigner looked like some kind of goddess-"

Adora gaped at him. "What? News of me has traveled that fast?"

He nodded with a sly smirk. "Seems like it. Just be prepared for the whole male student body to ask you out on a date."

A loud groan left her body before she could stop it. "I can't worry about that now, I haven't even found the school's office yet!" She frustratedly ran her fingers through her long locks.

"I could help you." The boy offered with a kind smile.

Why is he making me feel this way...?

Adora's heart began hammering inside her chest as she tried to ignore the heat spilling into her cheeks. "That would be amazing!"

"Follow me." Was all he said before he made a grab for Adora's hand, leading her to the mysterious main-office.

The stuttering of her heartbeat increased tenfold as a tingly sensation spread throughout her body from his touch, and she craved it a bit more. Even if Adora was a complete romantic, she wondered how this extremely handsome stranger could make her feel this way in just a couple of minutes.

The handsome boy leading her through the hallways must've been pretty popular, since she felt the evil eyes of her future female classmates burning a hole right through her. "Wow... you must be pretty famous at this school." Adora anxiously muttered.

He chucked right beside her, before his mouth revealed a small smirk. "What makes you say that?"

"Oh, besides your fangirls wishing me dead, right about now?" Her words dripped with a heavy dose of sarcasm.

"Just ignore them." He breezily advised.

Adora stared incredulously at him. "What do you think I'm trying to do?"

Once they finally made it to the office, after traveling to the far side of my new school. What a walk... She internally groan.

"We're here." He smiled right after he released her hand. It's strange, but once he did that, she felt kind of empty. Adora genuinely missed the warmth of his large hand in her much smaller one.

Adora, on the other hand could not resist smiling at him. "Thank you, again... you really didn't have to-"

"I wanted to." He quickly cuts her off, wearing an adorable grin.

She shook my head with a smile of her own. He really is something else... "Is there any way I can repay you for helping me?"

"You don't have to do anything."

Her eyes widened in a bit of disbelief. "I would feel guilty if I didn't repay you for your act of kindness. Isn't there anything I can do for you? Buy you lunch or-"

"If your insisting that much, you could have lunch with my friends and I." He casually offered.

"I'd like that..." Adora shyly answered him, slightly in shock at his offer. She didn't think my presence impacted him that much.

He's been incredibly nice to me so far, what's the harm in taking up his offer? Plus, he's hot...

Adora shook her head at her own silliness, but immediately stopped when she saw the amused look on his face.

The tall boy in front looked at her with an odd expression, but for some reason it sent her heart fluttering in the most satisfying way. "Then I'll see you at lunch." He was about to walk away, but I realized I hadn't gotten his name.

"Wait!" She called out to him, and was slightly thrilled when he stopped to turn around.

He looked at her slightly confused, but waited nonetheless for her to say something.

Adora felt heat rise onto her cheeks as she finally spoke. "I never got your name."

His lips formed a small smirk. "Oh Sehun." He revealed to the beautiful young girl.

Sehun...? She tested the name to herself, letting the name roll off the tip of her tongue. "Since you know my name, it's only fair I know yours."

"Oh right! I'm-" Her voice stilled in that moment. I can't believe I forgot my own name... "Adora Summers." This time she answered for him.

Thank god...

Sehun in turn, gave her a genuine smile. "I'll see you at lunch, Adora." Her heart thundered in her chest, when she hear him speak her name for the first time.

"Can't wait." Her lips gave away at the beaming smile on her face.

Adora was left speechless by the spark of these... feelings inside her. Feelings, she didn't kmow were even possible to stir up. Adora sulked when she realized she sounded like a total cliché. It's even worse now that the entire female student body wishes her dead just for being around Sehun.

Adora began to wonder why they all looked at him like he was some kind of celebrity. She didn't have much time to think about it anymore, since it was almost time for class to begin.

A heavy sigh slipped past her lips. "Wish me luck." Adora whispered to herself.

Her mind however, was still stuck on a certain boy who went by the name of Oh Sehun.

S E H U N

This girl was certainly something different, that was painfully obvious.

And Sehun liked it.

Sehun was expecting another boring day of school, he didn't think anything exciting was going to happen, but he was gladly proven wrong.

When Sehunnwas walking into school with the other members of EXO, his ears picked up on the harsh whispers from his male classmates about the new girl who just recently transferred, majority of them were fawning over here. Sehun didn't think it was anything special, just another girl in school.

Little did he know of what was in store for him.

Sehun told Suho and the rest of the members, that he would either see them in class or at lunch before he went off to go investigate what all the commotion was about.

Casually walking down the hall, Sehun ignored the stares he received from the girls at school. It was starting to get really annoying, and it's been happening a lot more frequently since EXO debuted with MAMA.

Kris would love this kind of attention... Especially since Kris did love his cool guy image, or so he likes to think. Sehun continued on his search for the new girl, when time seemed to have slowed down.

His eyes took in the appearance of a beautifully stunning girl who looked lost in the middle of the hallway. He noted that she was a foreigner.

From what Sehun could see, she had long black hair, creamy white skin that looked soft as silk, and an mouth-watering body which wasn't concealed much by the uniform she was wearing.

He couldn't see much of her facial features this far, he moved a bit closer for a better view.

The girl must've been focused on something else, because she didn't realize she was walking straight into him until she crashed into the middle of his chest. "Ah!" "Ompfh!" The impact knocked all her things onto the porcelain floor.

Instead of directly looking up at him, she went down to gather all her things. "I am so sorry, I didn't see where I was going and I-" Sehun was so mesmerized by her beauty, that he almost didn't realize she was apologizing.

Sehun quickly snapped out of his trance and kneeled down in front of her to help. "Oh! You really don't have to help me, It was my fault that I bumped into you!" He noted, that the language she was speaking was English.

Maybe Kris's English lessons finally paid off.

"I... want to." He tried to say in broken English. Sehun barely manages to resist the urge to wince at how horrific he sounded, but she didn't seem to mind, in fact she must've liked it since he saw a beautiful smile on those tantalizing lips. His heart jumped for joy, when she accepted his help.

From the corner of his eye, Sehun saw her phone laying face down on the school's floor. He reached for it as she had, once her eyes darted to the phone. Sehun felt an electrical current run down my spine when the tips of his fingers connected with hers.

Adora must've felt the same thing too, because her head shot up quickly forcing her eyes to finally look up into his.

Suddenly, Sehun's mouth became dry when he saw her for the first time up close. His eyes drank in her stunning features, from her dark brown orbs, to her cute button nose and finally her rosy pink lips.

Sehun's heart stuttered at the sight of the girl before him and he didn't exactly know why or how she could possibly make him feel this way with one single glance.

She's different... The voice in his head answered for him. And for the first time in my life, I acknowledged it.

Taking her phone in his hands, Sehun gently slipped it into her own hands to feel the softness of her skin for a moment longer. "T-thank you..." His ears picked up her whisper, the sound setting his heart aflame.

"No problem." Sehun grinned at her, before helping her up. He saw the blush lingering on her cheeks, and it sent a sense of pride within him. "You are... American?" He slowly asked, to make sure his wording was right and clear enough to hear.

Learning English seems much more tempting now...

She nodded with such a beautiful smile, that it made Sehun's heart clench in such a delicious manner. "How did you know?" She lightly joked before continuing. "I recently just moved here to Seoul."

"I can see that." Said Sehun in a teasing tone of his own, revealing a secret smile. Right then and there, he decided that he wanted to see her blush for him again, because to him that was when she was most beautiful. Blushing with a beautiful smile touching her lips. "It's not everyday you see a beautiful foreigner roaming the halls."

The redness in her cheeks didn't dissipate.

Sehun's attention was immediately drawn to her lips, especially her plush bottom lip that was caught between her teeth. He felt the primal urge to take her own lips with his, but instead shoved it down to the back of his mind.

"B-beautiful?" She softly stammered out with red cheeks.

"Yes. A lot of the guys at school were talking about how this beautiful foreigner looked like some kind of goddess-"

He heard a soft gasp leave those pink lips. "What? News of me has traveled that fast?"

A sly smirk makes its way onto his face. "Seems like it. Just be prepared for the whole male student body to ask you out on a date."

The thought bothered Sehun a lot more than he realized. The image of her with another guy made his blood boil with rage, feelings of anger, bitterness, and jealously filled his very core. Sehun didn't want to freak her out with his sudden possessive attitude or even know of his thoughts, and instead kept his cool facade.

He quirked a brow at the annoyed sound she made, as if she was familiar with this kind of attention. "I can't worry about that now, I haven't even found the school's office yet!" She ran a hand through her silky dark tresses, and he couldn't help but feel envious of her own hand.

"I could help you." Sehun offered, his mouth forming a small smile.

"That would be amazing!" She beamed up at him.

"Follow me." Almost as if it was instinct, he reached for her hand.

Once Sehun grasped her hand in his, a foreign sensation began welling up inside him. The feeling was entirely welcomed, as a pleasant warmth surfaced from their skin to skin contact.

Who knew just one simple act of touching could have me feeling like a man deprived of water?

Sehun coolly ignored the envious stares he received from the males occupying the hallways. He barely managed to resist the urge to smirk, but reigned it in with his usual poker face.

He was genuinely surprised, that the girl walking beside him was actually letting him lead her around school with no resistance.

It made him wonder if she enjoyed his company as much as he enjoyed hers.

"Wow... you must be pretty famous at this school." She voiced in a bare whisper, meant only for her ears.

Sehun quietly chuckled at her observation, giving her a small smirk to match. Oh you have no idea. "What makes you say that?"

"Oh, besides your fangirls wishing me dead, right about now?" A wary smile curves her lips.

"Just ignore them." He advised.

She looked at him as if he were crazy. "What do you think I'm trying to do?"

Cute. He noted at her flustered state.

Eventually, they arrived to the other side of school.

Sehun dreaded the moment when he would have to let go of her hand before she noticed the close skin ship they were sharing. "We're here." He lowly announced.

He saw her angelic brown eyes scan the office sign above them with a relieved smile. As she went to move forward, her hand gently slipped from his grasp. "Thank you... you really didn't have to-"

Sehun quickly cut her off before she can say more. "But I wanted to."

A beautiful smile glowed her face as those words slipped out from him. "Is there any way I can repay you for helping me?"

"You don't have to do anything."

"I would feel guilty if I didn't repay you for your act of kindness. Isn't there anything I can do for you? Buy you lunch or-"

He raised an eyebrow at her own stubbornness, seeing as how she wouldn't let this repayment go.

Maybe ask for a date? He shot the idea down as quickly as it came. "If your insisting that much, you could have lunch with my friends and I." He tried to sound as casual as possible, ignoring the rapid pace of his racing heart.

She looked even more beautiful when a shy hue of red clouded her cheeks, as her delicate fingers tuck a strand of hair behind her ear. "I'd like that..." She softly answered.

His heart was pounded from her answer.

Sehun reigned himself from jumping into the air. It was all he could do since he was still in school and still had a reputation to maintain. "Then I'll see you at lunch." He turned to walk to his own class, but was stopped when he heard her call out for him.

"Wait!" Turning back around, Sehun took in the beautiful sight that was her, standing there with a cute blush coloring her cheeks, fidgeting nervously in her uniform.

He was certain, that his feelings for this girl was much more than the average crush.

"I never got your name." Her melodious voice snapped him back to the present.

Sehun's mouth twitched into a smirk, as she had managed to capture his full undivided attention. "Oh Sehun." He hoarsely answered.

His ears picked up the whisper of his name leaving those sinful lips, the sound sent his blood aflame. He wanted her to keep saying his name. "Since you know my name, it's only fair I know yours."

"Oh right! I'm-" She paused in mid-sentence, continuing with a red face. "Adora Summers."

Adora Summers.

The name rang through his head like a musical symphony. He wouldn't tire of hearing that name. Sehun gave her his widest smile, trying to convey the feelings she had transpired inside him. "Then I'll see you at lunch, Adora."

Her own lips form into a beautiful smile, that was so originally hers. To Sehun, it was refreshing, compared to the forced unnaturally sweet smiles so many of the girls here have gave him. "Can't wait."

Sehun walked to class with a sense of satisfaction, knowing he was the only one who knew the secret identity of the "Goddess" roaming the halls.

The envious stares he received from his classmates were starting to irritate him, to the point where he had to shoot them evil stares of his own, mentally telling to them to, "Back the off."

Almost sneakily, Sehun walked into History class and sat next to his seat mate and fellow member of EXO, Baekhyun.

He dropped his school bag on the desk in front of him with a heavy sigh, and Baekhyun unfortunately noticed the death stares around them. "Whoa, what exactly did you do to piss every one off?"

He gave a careless shrug. "Dunno, you know how they are with us." Their male schoolmates have always been hostile towards them, ever since they debuted as EXO. Mostly because majority of the girls in school drooled all over them.

It wasn't our fault we were good looking, arrogance aside.

"Yeah, but they've never been that bad." Baekhyun pointed out, as he glanced around the classroom. He wouldn't let the issue go, and Sehun didn't exactly know how to stop him from being curious.

"So..."

"So..."

"The commotion over the new girl is crazy, our male classmates keep talking about her." Sehun's hands unconsciously clenched into tight fists from the statement.

There was an uneasy feeling growing in the pit of his stomach, he knew once Adora appeared in all her classes, all of their schoolmates, specifically the males will flock around her and try to capture her attention.

It's was an image that made his heart clench painfully tight inside his chest.

"Oh? And what exactly are they saying?" He asked through gritted teeth.

Baekhyun looked at him strangely, but shrugged it off. "Just that she's some kind of Goddess or how she must be here for a modeling contract. I haven't heard them talk like this since Yoona from SNSD, and even then it wasn't even that bad. Most of them were just trying to figure out how to ask her out."

"Bwoh?! On her first day here?" Sehun sounded incredulous, forcing Baekhyun to jump in his seat.

"Yep." He emphasized the 'P'. "She must've been something else if their all acting this way because of her." Baekhyun sounded as if he were stating a fact.

"Hey!" Baekhyun shouted, startlingly him in his seat.

"What?!" Sehun hissed at him, while trying to regulate his own heart. What is he trying to do? Give me a heart attack?

"You went to find out about the new girl right?"

He let out an exasperated sigh. "Yeah, so?"

"Did you find her?"

There was a pregnant pause between them, but Sehun was pretty sure the thundering of his heart was heard clear as day.

Adora had become the topic of the school in less then an hour she's been here and now she's on everyone's list as their ideal type. The young girl wasn't even an idol. Yet, she's managed to capture everyone's attention.

"I did."

His eyes widen comically from his answer. "You did? What's she like? Is she as they say she is-"

"She's much better, Hyung." Sehun gruffly cut him off. "She truly is something else, something special." I couldn't exactly explain how she was different from the rest of the girls at school.

Maybe it was because she was beautiful, or maybe it was because she was different from other girls at this school.

"You sound like you like her." Baekhyun pointed out.

Sehun stayed silent, not sure how to answer. Even if he desperately wanted to say yes.

Thankfully he carried on. "Do you think I'll get a chance to meet her?" He quietly asked.

Sehun's mouth formed the words to answer, but was stopped when he noticed the beautiful girl from earlier shyly making her way into class. "Well here's your chance." He barely managed to keep the bitterness tone out of his voice, as it seems Baekhyun was also starstrucked by Adora.

"Whoa..." He ignored him, and Sehun watched as his eyes glaze upon Adora's arrival. He noticed her cheeks glowing redder by the second from the attention she was receiving from her new classmates.

Adora desperately tried to regain her sense of composure and instead turned to talk to their history teacher. "I'm sorry I'm late! I went to get my class schedule...-" Her Korean was surprisingly good, however she still needed practice with her pronunciation, but that was something she could easily fix.

The teacher waved it off and excused her, since she was new and this was her first offense.

"Very well then. Miss Summers, please introduce yourself to the rest of the class." The teacher spoke stiffly, it was surprising she hadn't broken a blood vessel in her neck already.

Adora shyly bit into the skin of her plush bottom lip. "O-oh? You guys still do the whole introduction thing?" That earned a few snickers from our classmates.

The teacher scowled at her. "Today Miss Summers, as in right now."

"Sorry." She quickly apologized with a bashful blush. "Hello! I mean- Annyeong! I'm Adora Summers and I am 16 years old and I recently just moved here from America. I love music and reading...-"

Sehun sat there listening to her as she spoke facts about herself, but what really caught his attention was how she spoke about music. There was a glimmer of happiness that lay hidden in those beautiful dark orbs.

"That was... something else. You may now go find somewhere to sit. Quickly." Their teacher said, before returning back to the topic of today's lesson.

Adora's eyes scan the classroom for empty seats, Sehun mentally curses himself because the seat right next to him was currently occupied by his group-mate.

He noted the way Adora's eyes rested on him.

Her cheeks instantly inflame as she recognizes me.

Sitting up straight in his seat, Sehun looks right back at her. His gaze never wavers, as a small smirk forms its way onto his face.

Her rosy lips reveal a full smile as she glances at him, but sadly her eyes are forced away when the teacher hurries her to decide on a seat.

Tightening her grasp on her school-bag, she walks towards Sehun and moves to the seat in back of him, but not before giving sharing a secret smile with him.

Sehun was too distracted by her, that he hadn't notice Baekhyun tapping his shoulder, until he landed a hard punch in the shoulder. "OW!" He shouted in abrupt pain, the hit forcing his body jolt in his seat. "What the hell was that for?" Sehun hissed underneath his breath.

"You were too busy staring at the new girl, that you didn't notice the males in class making a hit list on you." He stated. "...and it wasn't even that hard of hit, tch. Baby." Baekhyun rolled his eyes.

Sehun debated on either to strangle him now or later, but he willed himself to still his urges as he took a glance around the entire class room. "It's nothing new. Besides, we're used to the stares-"

"Oh no, you cannot blame this one on us." Baekhyun cut me off. "This is different. This situation has nothing to do with EXO, it has to do with the fact that you like the girl every guy wants."

"I never said I liked her-"

"Oh please." He waved it off. "It's painfully obvious! It's written all over your face! You should've seen the way you looked when she smiled at you, any minute longer, you would have become a pile of goo."

All the evidence was against Sehun, and Baekhyun was there to point it out. "Look, it's not that easy, Hyung-"

"Not that I can blame you for looking, she really is something else to look at. A real beauty-"

Sehun groaned in pure frustration. "Okay, I get it! She's perfect, but even if I did like her... what's the point? It's not like Suho would be okay if I did ask her out, and we're not exactly allowed to date under the company's rules."

"Screw the company's rules." Baekhyun said offhandedly. "If you really like her, you should take a chance. Never question the what if's in life, even if we're not allowed to date. I'm sure the other members wouldn't mind, I'd even go as to far as to say that we'd cover for you."

Sehun was in complete awe by his words, moved even. "Hyung... why are you thinking so hard on this?"

"I don't know, but I think if she's someone you really like, it should be worth the try."

Since when did Baekhyun become so wise, and so unlike his usual goofy self?

The maknae twisted his neck to find Adora silently jotted down notes from the board into her notebook, it was blatantly obvious she was purposely ignoring her seat mate's constant staring.

Adora shivered in her seat when she felt a pair of eyes on her. Looking up from her notebook, her brown irises meet his. "Maybe..." Sehun hoarsely whispers, loud enough for Baekhyun's ears.

The bell rung, signaling the end of class.

Sehun quickly gathered his things, not really paying attention to the teacher's homework assignment. Baekhyun stopped right next to him once they made it out of class. "What are we waiting for?" He whined like a petulant child.

He rolled his eyes, and gestured over to Adora who was politely declining a boy's invitation to lunch. Sehun looked at the male through narrowed eyes, a victorious smirk tugging at his lips.

"Ah I see... someone is becoming little miss popular." Baekhyun playfully teased. "Come on! Introduce me to your future girlfriend!" He practically squealed loud enough for all the student body to hear.

"Hyung!" Sehun hissed at him, landing a punch to his shoulder, earning a loud "OW!" from Baekhyun, but he didn't care at the moments as he tried to ignore the heat spilling into his cheeks. "Are you nuts? What if she heard you?"

Baekhyun at least had the gaul to look a bit guilty. "Sorry."

I could never stay mad at my Hyungs, now matter how embarrassing they are.

Sehun released a loud sigh and nodded in acknowledgment of his apology. "It's alright... just don't embarrass me in front of her, alright?"

He heard what sounded like a choking noise coming from the back of Baekhyun's throat. "Bwoh?! Me embarrass you? Aish, since when did you start acting like Kris?"

Sehun was about to give him a smart retort when he heard an angelic voice call out his name.

"Sehun?" Her voice was still enchanting as ever, the sound of it pleasing his ears.

His body whirled around to face her, only to stop short when he sees her smile. "Adora? What are you doing here?"

She wrinkled her cute nose in confusion. "The same as everyone else, I suppose? Leaving this class to go to my next class."

"Oh right..." Sehun winced at how pathetic he sounded. His ears picked up Baekhyun's quiet snickers coming from behind him for my pathetic attempt to talk to her.

"Sehunnie, aren't you going to introduce us?" Baekhyun slyly asked. Sehun audibly groaned at nickname, but was thankful for the distraction.

Adora seemed to glow in front of Baekhyun, leaving him slightly dazed. Sehun was very much aware of the affects of her smile.

He especially noticed how her smiles emphasized her delicate cheek bones. "Oh right, Adora this is Baekhyun, Hyung this is Adora."

"Nice to meet you, Bacon." Adora beamed at him with her hand held out.

Baekhyun eyebrows shot up to the ceiling at the nickname, but nonetheless shook her small hand with his own. "Nice to meet you too my Goddess, and Bacon?" He teasingly questioned the nickname.

She innocently waved it off. "Well your name sounds like Bacon and I love Bacon, so why not? And Goddess?"

I was right, she definitely isn't like other girls. Sehun mentally smirked.

Baekhyun looked to agree too. "I chose goddess for you since most of the guys at school are declaring you as that. Might as well use put it to use."

Her cheeks colored lightly at his comment. Cute. "Do you guys think that it'll... um... die down soon?"

"Maybe, maybe not. You have to realize your not just fresh meat, but a foreigner from America, who happens to be extremely beautiful... so it'll be a good awhile." Baekhyun bluntly answered her.

"Hyung..." Sehun narrowed his eyes at him.

Baekhyun held his hands up in defense. "What? I'm just speaking the truth."

Adora released a soft sigh. "This isn't exactly what I had in mind when I began school today, being constantly ogled at like I'm on display. I feel like everyone is constantly watching my entire movement..."

It struck the boys odd as they both realized she didn't know who they were or what EXO was.

"I like you." Baekhyun stated as he clasped her hand in his own, before turning towards his group-mate. "Sehun we have to keep her around! I'm sure the others would like her too!"

"The others?" She anxiously asked, a little lost to what was happening.

"The other members." He grinned at her.

Adora still looked lost. "Members of what? A cult?" She joked with a smile, but there was a hint of hesitation in her voice. "...your not members of a cult right?"

"Of course not!" Sehun mock defended.

Although some of our fans do tend to act like a cult... He thought.

"Great!" She chirped. "What exactly are you guys members of?"

Before Sehun could say more, Baekhyun covered his mouth to temporarily silence him. "That would just spoil the surprise! You'll find out at lunch."

"At lunch?"

"You are sitting with us at lunch, right?" He quirked a brow at us.

She eagerly nodded. "Of course I am!"

"Then you'll find out then." He said trying to sound mysterious, but it ended up making him look like a dork. Sehun barely held in the amused snort as he waved his hands around like a child.

Adora must've found him funny, since she accidentally released out a tiny giggle.

A sudden pang of jealousy hit Sehun like a wave, but he pushed it aside. Reminding himself, that Baekhyun was aware of his feelings.

"I'll be waiting." Adora sheepishly smiled. "If you don't mind, could you help me look for my next class? I really don't want to get lost and be late again."

"It would be a pleasure, my lady!" Baekhyun's accent was less thick than Sehun's when he spoke English. He gently slipped her class schedule from her fingers, as Sehun read along with him and noted she had music next.

"You have music now-"

Baekhyun voice interrupted his. "That means she has class with Luhan and Chanyeol right now!"

"Luhan and Chanyeol...?" Adora echoed confusedly.

"Some of the other members." Sehun helpfully answered her piqued curiosity.

"Oh."

"If you want, I'm sure Sehun and I, would love to you class." Baekhyun said with a sly smile, while attempting to place his arm around Sehun's broad shoulders. Amusedly enough, their height difference prove to make it difficult for him, so he eventually gave up with a sulky pout.

Adora giggled quietly at their antics. "You sure...? I wouldn't want to trouble you guys anymore than I already have." She murmured nervously. Cute.

"Pssh, we're sure! Right Sehun?" He looked expectantly over him.

Sehun nodded with folded arms. "Right."

"Then I'll accept your help. Lead the way, you fine gentlemen." Adora joked as they lead her to class.

Sehun detected the quiet sigh leaving those luscious lips. "Can you guys explain to me, what I've done to make every girl in school mad at me? Because I'm lost as to why they hate my guts so much."

"Maybe it's because your walking with us and your attracting attention from the male population in our school?" Baekhyun suggested, but even Sehun knew he was right and he was usually dense with this type of stuff.

"Are you guys famous or something? I mean it would explain why-"

"You will receive all the answers you are looking for at lunch my dear goddess! Patience is key." Sehun snorted at his proclamation. The words Baekhyun and patience do not go together. "Just ignore them for now, we have your back."

Adora heavily sighed. "I'll just have to take your word for it."

Baekhyun stopped in mid step, and turn to face her. Amazement shining his eyes, before he bursted into a fit of laughter. Causing both Sehun and Adora to look at him as if he were a lunatic. "...has he always been like this?" She quietly laughed.

"Yep."

Baekhyun was struggling to breath through his laughter before he regulated his breathing in small pants. He wiped his tears of laughter away with the sleeve of his blazer. "Oh my, I was right about you!"

He turned to Sehun. "We definitely have to keep her around, I'm starting to like her too much! I wonder what the rest of the members will think of her?"

Sehun was a bit shocked by Baekhyun's random outburst, even with his randomness included.

Adora merely smiled at him as if she was looking forward to seeing more of his crazy behavior. "We better get to class before our teachers scold us for being late." She teased.

"Right, well here's your class." He pointed to the door near the end of the corridors. "We'll be seeing you at lunch!"

"Looking forward to it!" She beamed at them, before walking into her class.

Sehun's eyes didn't stray from her figure until she disappeared into her classroom. He hadn't realized he was staring until he felt Baekhyun clap his shoulder. "Come on lover boy, we better head to class." He nodded off after him and headed to another boring class.
