09:05am // son's resident

naeun who is still in deep slumber, groan a little as her phone start to vibrate as her alarm was running. she runs her hand over the table lamp as she snooze her phone and continue to sleep. minutes later, a couple of kids barged in and starts to jump on her bed

'NAEUN-NOONA!!WAKE UP!! LET'S EAT!!' jiho and jihu yell as they jump on naeun's bed

'jump on her boys! make her wake up!' nayoung said as she walks in and open the curtains

'ugh, i'm up! i'm up!' naeun said as she gets up and groan while massaging her eyes

'your room is so depressing, can't you atleast open up the curtains once a while? your room is already almost all black' nayoung said as she walks towards naeun's desk

naeun ignore her sister as she was still in a dazed, while the two boys were smiling excitedly waiting for naeun to get up

'woah, new drawing? amazing. i'm glad that you're still doing this' nayoung said as she smile and look at naeun

naeun looks at her sister as she starts to zone out, looking at her artwork that nayoung is holding

'okay then, come on boys, let naeun get ready. we'll wait downstairs for you, naeun-ah' nayoung said and walks towards the door

'hurry up and get ready naeun-noona~' jihu and jiho said smiling before leaving

'alright my knight and shining nephews ~' naeun said and wave a little

''20 days has passed since that day'' naeun said to herself and stand up to get ready 

 

naeun walks towards the dining room, and was greeted by the boys and the maids. naeun smiles to the boys as she walks towards her seat. nayoung glance over her sister as she continue eating while naeun pour tea into her cup

'where's minjae oppa?' naeun ask without expression as she eats

'here~ miss me naeun?' minjae said and laugh as he walks to the dining room and sat beside nayoung

'haha. why would i? you guys are here everyday...' naeun said as she smile a little

minjae just gave naeun a bright smile as he pour tea on his cup, while nayoung looks at naeun

'yah, could you stop acting like that?' nayoung said as she looks at naeun

'like what?' naeun said simply as she chews on her toast

'like that. stop being so... cold' nayoung said

'i'm not cold at all, but thanks for asking' naeun said trying to be sarcastic

'for goodness sake son naeun, could you stop acting this way?!' nayoung said

naeun ignore her sister as she continues eating her toast without saying anything while minjae looks at the two and then looks at the boys before saying

'well, okay then. kids let's go to school. say your goodbyes, i'm gonna start the car' minjae said as he walks out from the dining room

the boys bid goodbye to their mother and to naeun, before leaving the dining room. after the two left, the room was silence. naeun was about to get up when she was stopped by nayoung

'i'm not finish with you yet son naeun' nayoung said without looking at her

'don't call me that' naeun said

'it's your name right?' nayoung said sarcastically

'what do you want from me? can't you just leave me alone?' naeun said

'no, i will not leave you alone. naeun-ah, how long are you gonna be like this? you change drastically, it hurts me to see you like that' nayoung said

'what does it count anyway....' naeun said quietly

'it does count... not just me, mr.park, minjae, the boys, the maids are all worried about you' nayoung said

'move on naeun.. you can't be depress about what happen... it's not your----' nayoung continue but was cut by naeun

'can you just please... please leave me alone' naeun said as she gets up and left the dining room

'can you called mr.park here for a while, i need to say something' nayoung told one of the maids 

 

'yes, nayoung-shii?' mr.park said

'what is her schedule today?' nayoung ask

'she has class from 1 to 4 today, and she would probably go to the cafe afterwards' mr.park said

'alone?' nayoung ask as she looks at mr.park

'yes' mr.park said

naeun left her house and went to her uni, naeun was listening to music, as she was walking to her class she saw her former best friend, jina with her friends laughing while looking at her. naeun ignore them as she continues to climb the stairs. upon reaching the last step, naeun was bumped by a guy who seems to be in a hurry

naeun was about to stumble back but with the guy fast reflect he pulls naeun's hand making her on her foot again

'i'm so sorry!! are you okay?' the guy said beside naeun

'yea, i'm fine...' naeun said without even looking at the guy as she continues to walk to her class

the guy looks at naeun as she walks towards her class without looking back, while the guy waited at the stairs until naeun is not in sight before walking down

'who's that?' a girl ask

'none of your business..' the guy said

'come on, perhaps....' the girl said as she smirk

'*sigh* i'm not sure who she is but she's in a couple of my class' the guy said

'well, she did not recognize you...' the girl said

'yeah.....' the boy said as he looked back
