It was quite late at night. You were at the lowest you've ever felt in life. Nothing was working out for you..

You would work hard studying during the day and work 2 different part time jobs at night including night shifts saving up for your university fees but only to come home to find that your dad who was addicted to gambling threw it all away.. You're grades began to slip, you lost contact with your friends.. 

You pondered the streets with deep thoughts that became darker and darker with every second that went by

Walking up to a bridge you took a deep breath and stared down at the sea. This wasn't the first time you ever thought about comitting suicide.

Life was tough and even though you would always hear that it would get better, that just wasn't going to cut it for you any longer. 

You took another deep breath, this time a tear escaped your eyes and you shut them tightly getting ready to jump when you feel someone pull you back to the ground. 

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND WHAT ARE YOU DOING???!!!" Jungkook yelled as he fell pulling you down

"WHY DID YOU SAVE ME YOU SHOULD HAVE LET ME DIED!!" you cried 

You got back up but Jungkook hugged you tightly

"LET ME DIE!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO LIVE IF YOU WERE IN MY POSITION PLEASE JUST.."

"I CAN'T AND I WON'T!" 

"YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME SO WHY DOES IT MATTER TO YOU WHETHER I LIVE OR DIE???!"

"I care because I have a heart that doesn't allow me to just stand there and watch someone die... I may not know who you are but what I do know is that there must be atleast one person out there that would be extremely hurt if you died.. your parents?! Don't you care about them? Will you be able to commit suicide knowing that they'd be in tears almost every single day at your loss??" 

His words pierced right through your heart although you despised your dad, your mum loved you the most how could you even think of putting her through such pain.. you cried even harder.. Jungkook loosened his grip on you realising his words were finally getting through to you.

"Just let it all out~ Clear your heart from all the pain you've kept bottled inside"

"I've never done anything in my life to hurt someone yet why is it that I only receive nothing but pain?" 

"I feel like i have no meaning to my life anymore.. this feeling slowly kills me everyday.. I've lost contact with all my friends.. No one wants anything to do with me.." Jungkook teared up at the sound of your voice it felt so painful... he held his tears back and turned towards you

"If they were only with you in your good times and left when it came to your hardships then they don't even deserve to be called friends and if anything it's better you've lost them. There's definetly no need for such people in your life.. you deserve much better"

You accepted his words and looked up to see his hand reaching for yours "Let's be friends?"

His eyes were shining so brightly in such a dark place.. as if he was an angel sent from the heavens to save you
