He rubbed his eyes and blinked unseeing for a few moments while his eyes adjusted. There was a figure standing at the window where the blinds had been thrown open but he couldn’t make out their features. He let his eyes slip closed once more and rolled over onto his side away from the person who came no-doubt to speak to him. It was early. He didn’t want to talk to anyone.
