“Going home Jae?” the man fixed in dark blue police uniform halt his step as he pass his co-worker’s work cubicle. He turns around just to see his friend, Im Jaebum who smile sleepily at him, he looks as if he doesn’t sleep for nights, his hair all over the place and his tired face was complete with eyes beg, all in all he look awful but Youngjae can’t say better for himself though.

 

“Yeah, the case is finally over so yeah I’m going home and moreover tomorrow my day off..so yeah I’m going home” he doesn’t know why he keep on repeating the same ‘so yeah’ words but he guess maybe because he didn’t sleep for couple of days himself. Jaebum groan, stare at him in envy “Lucky you, I’ve another case to solve, my lifeee!!!” Youngjae roll his eyes “Don’t be so lame Bum, not that i haven’t been in your shoe before, loser”

 

Jaebum whine, saying that Youngjae’s so mean to him, only to be reply by eye rolls from the other male once again “Ugh, I’m off now, bye Bum Bum” Youngjae twitched when the other male wail in sadness “ ma lifee!! AISH where is this ing Jinyoung!!”

 

Step out the station he startled by someone who running onto him, making Youngjae to take a few step backward in order to stable himself “Woah there Jinyoung” finally recognize the man, Youngjae said collecting himself as he hold the other man’s shoulder

 

The said man look up, shock before he smile “Ouh, Jae-hyung--ah! I meant chief! I’m so so sorry for bumping onto you” he apologized, bowing a couple of time until Youngjae awkwardly tell him to stop because every eyes were already on them

 

“That’s okay, why are running Jin--AH! OMG I’M LATE!!! I’M SORRY I GOT TO GO!! BYE BYE JAEJAE-HY--I MEANT CHIEF!!” before Youngjae could complete his sentence, the younger already dash into the station. Youngjae sigh before he giggle, he could hear Jaebum yelling at the poor man

 

 

“Oh, going home Youngjae?” the said man look to his right only to meet with his co-worker from forensic department, who’s getting her things from her car’s boot “Yeah, the case is finally over” His friend nod before giving him a smile “Lucky you, I haven’t finish with mine yet, well have fun on your day off then” Youngjae smile before he wave “Alright, you too Momo” he said before getting a wave as he get into his car and drive off the parking lot

Step out from the shower, Youngjae dry himself before putting on a pair of comfortable clothes and head on to the kitchen to search for something to eat for breakfast. He get himself a couple of bread, hams, salad, making sandwich as he brew some coffee for the morning. Last night as soon as he walk into his apartment, he pounce onto his fluffy bed with the back of his mind only to rest for awhile but then he’s light out until this morning, wake up in the smell of his own sweat and dirty body complete with his yesterday uniform.

 

Finish making himself a morning coffee and two slices of sandwich, he sat comfortably on his old retro couch, switch on his tv, he then flick some random channel until he deem it was okay to just watch some morning news.

 

 

“"Ladies and gentlemen, i present you Mr.Kim Himchan, the owner of billions worth diamond in the whole Asia and now let us welcome him!"  The whole auditorium seems to beam with claps as they welcome the famous man to the stage, who’s smiling handsomely. ;

 

“We, Kim’s Diamond finally ready to show you the worth billions diamond for the citizen of Seoul to look at. The diamond will be arrive in the capital city of South Korea at 30th January 2017, so make sure to come” the man smile as he look at the camera

 “Mr. Kim wht--”

 

Youngjae roll his eyes, his feature turn into scowl as he glare at the man inside his television, today was suppose to be his day off, laying on the couch while munching fattening junk foods but seeing the man today was definitely not in his plan, at all. Calling someone, he flick off the television, his mood die as soon as he saw him

 

“Okay then we’ll meet at the usual dinner” he said before the connection cut off. Youngjae walks inside his bedroom, changing for a better clothes before walk out his apartment and drive off to see someone.

Youngjae POV

 

“Okay when I said boom!, you’ll hit the bomb okay!” Yongguk nod, well he not exactly heard what the noisy director said, to him bomb is a bomb!

 

I look at the man far from where I was standing, the set is quite a mess but the director is an arrogant person to listen to any of other opinion. I was trying to listen what are they talking about but after a few seconds I give up, they are too far from me to hear anything anyway. I stride closer, minding my self that the set is full of equipment, one false step and I will step on one of it and I don’t have money to pay for it.

 

After several minute pass, there were music and the dark studio suddenly was bright with colorful lights, illuminate the whole studio and Yongguk is waiting for his cue. Trembling hands on the bomb’s suppressor, his back facing the actress, who was busy acting and singing--any seconds now

 

“Oh so Guk will blow the bomb, well suit him then” Name: Bang Yonguk, age: 26yr old. Yongguk is the Former Army Bomb Squad Captain of Seoul. He’s great in defusing a bomb and handling them but then, he has a hearing deficiency which happened when he failed to defuse a bomb in his past experience and later on he quit on being in the squad before he retire for life, as for now he work for a lame director and his staff. Yongguk also gets furious if anyone ever insult his mother, take note on ‘never mention his mom or insult her’

The director hold his breathe, was about to yell for Yongguk but unfortunately before he could say anything, there were explosion everywhere-like wtf!, the actress was left dumbfound--what?

 

“Well, I did said he has hearing deficiency right? So this is what happened”

 

There’s a big- frown on the director’s forehead before he stand “BANG YONGGUK!!!!

Yongguk blink as he heard his name being called but he think it just the wind before a speaker was knock onto his head, he whimper in pain “W-what?”

 

I glance at the situation, Yongguk was getting scold whilst he still at his injured head by the furious old man but he seems block it out.

 

“YOU YOU YOU!!! DIDN’T I SAID HIT THE BOMB WHEN I TELL YOU, NOT BEFORE IT YOU DUMB!!! HEY ARE YOU LISTENING ?!!” I giggle when he blink like an innocent toddler

The director has his hands on his thick waist, pointing the speaker toward the man “YOU! ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING?!!!, THIS IS WHAT YOUR MOM TEACH YOU HUH!! STUPID MOM, STUPID SON!”--oopsy doopsy, did I said don’t ever insult his mama?--NOW I KNOW WHY YOU’RE YOUR MOM’S SON, YOU BOTH STUPID, LOSER--””DON’T INSULT MY MAMA!!”

Yongguk shout before he flew toward the man, punching the man in the face who stumble on his back. Yongguk then straddle his stomach and giving the man his well aim punch, the whole area was silent and one of the staff yell for help--well that my cue.

 

I walk toward the scene before grab the man by his collar, pulling him off the bruised-cheeks man. Yongguk turn to look at me, dumbfound “Jae?, why are you here?” I smile at him before shrug “I need your help” he blink, looking around the studio, the place where he work for months now before he said “Alright, thanks to you now I have a reason to leave this stupid place” he grin, kick the man , who whimper in pain before he walk off the studio with me trailing behind him , laughing like a mad man

 

“So what do you need me for?” Yongguk ask as soon as I start the car, I turns to look at him briefly “Well, remember Kim Himchan?” his eyes wide “Him? What about that er?” I knew Yongguk hated him as much as I do and I knew he will help me accomplish my goal.

 

“He’s finally in Seoul”

“Are you kidding me, how, like how can he get back here after what he have done?” Yongguk seems frustrated, I sigh “I know, and I also know that you will help me steal his diamond Guk” I smile at him. Yongguk blink before he grin “Of course Jae, You can count on me” he fist his chest making me giggle, satisfied--recruiting a member done.
