Chapter 1
Tell It to the Stars
After a grueling day of practice, rehearsals and music show appearances, Jin has a headache and is burning up with fever. Their last performance was done outdoors and the show went on even with the sudden downpour. They hurried backstage to change out of their wet clothes and even then, Jin couldn’t stop shivering. No one noticed his flushed face and he didn’t bother telling anyone how bad he felt. The managers and the members were all tired and everyone just wanted to go home and sleep. Upon reaching the dorm, he was the first one out the van and he trudged to the cupboard where they kept the medical supplies and took out the digital thermometer.
38.9 degrees Celsius
He was shocked at how high his fever was and knew he had to lower it quickly before it reaches 40 degrees Celsius. He didn’t want to inconvenience the group by missing out on their performances, not that it would really matter since he’s always at the back anyway and hardly has any lines. At this point, his head was pounding painfully and he felt like throwing up. It would be nice if someone took care of him but he knows he’s on his own. He tried to quell the feeling of resentment towards s and forced himself to focus. He managed not to drop the glass of water as he took fever and pain medication but he was shivering so bad he spilled most of the water on himself. He rummaged through the refrigerator till he found the fever gel pads he keeps in stock. He took one out and stuck it to his forehead, hoping they’ll do their magic and make him feel better right away. By the time he made it to the bed
