Hi, there. I'm Armin, Ilaria Multi's shop admin. The shop was created and it is owned by myoneday, a popular author on this site. Being an author, she spent a lot of time on finding everything she needed for her story. That's how the idea of this multishop came. Our goal is to help as many authors as we can. The staff are mostly paid from myoneday's karma points. We recently decided to add a layout team to our shop because many authors requested this service.

Ilaria has two admins, Armin and enterawsomename. Enterawsomename will be in charge of the layout team, she has more experience with layout designers and her own shop. If you are working in her shop and you were messaged by me or any other staff, please think it though if you can handle two shops in the same time.

At Ilaria you there are two options:

1| Sell your layouts through our shop. The only condition will be that the layouts to not be posted anywhere else. Like exclusive products. In this case and like every other staff, you will have a profile in the shop. We will make a layout chapter like those used for layouts archive and under each preview picture we will add the layout's name, what kind of layout (shop, profile...), designer's name and price. For this, you have to give us a preview picture and preview link to the layout. Once we have a form submitted by an author, you will be informed. The exchange between you and the author will be directly. That means, I give you the author's profile and the name of the layout and you contact her/him. Only after she or her sends you the kp, you give back the layout code and inform us the exchange was done. It's like when you sell a private code layout in your gallery, for those of you who owns one.

2| Second option is to become a layout designer in our shop. In this case, you have to provide more info. For that please comment bellow.

You will only take a req at a time. When you finish the request, you'll be available again. In this case you will receive your kp when you finish the request. To avoid any problems the author will send the kp to me. This is to make sure you receive your kp when the layout is done, or I can send back the kp if you are too busy to accept the request.

Ilaria has a chat room story for our staff. It's invite only and only for the staff members. You will have there a chapter under your name where your requested will be added, be it for sell or code. When the request is done, you send a comment there. All the announcements and changes of the shop will appear in the chat room.

Ilaria has a team of 50 staff members and more than 100 requests each batch. In 16 months since it was lunched (8 months open) we had 1186 requests and 10 batches. We are always expanding and want to be nr 1 after all the tags.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Also every staff member will have a story at his/her choice in the foreword/featured section for free and become affiliate if you have a shop. At this moment, the featuring layout is under revamp but it will be there when we open again.
