Kyungsoo was tired of waiting. His patience grew weary. He had lost count of how many times he was been waiting for her at the same time, at the same place, at exactly the same spot. She just never showed up. Not once. For the past few months. Maybe I should stop, he once thought. But he heard her in the back of his head, on their last meeting, “You will find me here someday. Always look for me. Please.” He remembered the sorrow in her voice, how shaky the voice was. He remembered everything clearly. But in order to save people’s lives by fixing their heart, he must save his own heart first. Only he couldn’t.
