That you'll only look at me with your eyes

The stars, the moon, and the sun
Only for you I promise them
The fields, the flowers, and the meadows

Do you see the raven flying in the sky
Nor the trees swaying in the wind?
Do you see the crows singing of their ballads
Nor the clouds gathering up?

Do doubts come when I say these things
Whom I only promise to you?
Hark, my beloved, let time be our hope
And patience be our guard

I promised you all these things
Of the heavenly stars, and the earthly ground
You need not to pledge me anything
Only your kiss will I only desire for myself

Please, let us cherish this little vow
Grant ourselves to one another
Offer our blood to the last gold goblet
Swear and keep it to our last breaths
