Lectures, blue pens and a tallextremelyhottandlongeyelashed piece of art. The three things in the world he was simultaneously grateful for but also wanting to bang his head against a wall for.

1. Lectures meant listening. Listening meant concentration. Concentration meant notes. Notes meant blue pens. Blue pens however was something Wonwoo did not have.

2. Blue pens, as mentioned, are something Wonwoo does not have or rather does have until he gives in from one soft request from a tallextremelyhottandlongeyelashed piece of art seated next to him.

3. A tallextremelyhottandlongeyelashed piece of art. The cause of Wonwoo's daydreams and fantasies where he constantly longs for the next time he will hear the person next to him ask to borrow another blue pen. 

But will Wonwoo ever get out of the 'blue pen zone' as his best friend Jun puts it?

Yes I am back with another fic (even though I haven't finished my other 2) - but I just wanted to layout an idea which popped into my head before I forgot about it. This will be a chaptered fic (was going to be a one-shot but I changed the plot a little actually), main focus on Meanie couple with definite interactions of other Seventeen members.
