Minho almost regretted his choice, almost I repeat. But he let out a breath that he hadn’t realize he’d been holding. He smiled his charismatic smile, teeth showing the perfect sets of white. The knock on the door was nothing compare to the sound coming from inside. But when he was about to land the second set of knocks, the door swung open and there he was standing there, beautiful as ever. Is there anything Choi Minho wouldn’t do for Lee Taemin?

“You’re late” he whispered, but grabbed Minho’s hand pulling him inside of the house. Taemin looked great tonight, he was wearing skinny jeans with some rips here and there and a long sleeve navy top with a choker.

“Sorry, it took me a while to find the house” he whispered back Taemin rolled his eyes and place his hands on his hips. The younger gasp he covered his mouth with his hand and hit the taller on the chest with his palm

“What are you wearing?!”

“A suit?”

“Too formal!”

“You said to look good!”

“Yes! But not this kind of good, fine, just take off the jacket” Minho turned around as Taemin assist him on pulling down the expensive cashmere. The younger went to the coatroom and proceed to leave the jacket there. Minho was fixing his white shirt, his collar a bit wrinkled, hope Taemin doesn’t mind

“Minho, come here” Minho quickly turned around from the mirror and faces the black haired boy. Taemin had just recently cut his hair. It looks good. The younger was fixing his collar, straightening it at his best. He opens the first two buttons and folded the tab neatly

“There,” he patted Minho’s chest. Taemin smiled at his masterpiece, even took a step back to observe the big picture, “You look great now”

“Hope it fits to your liking” Minho smiled, Taemin scoff but let out a light laugh. His eyes crinkled and his pretty teeth showing its perfect white rays. Oh, how he wishes Taemin was his.

Minho offered his hand and Taemin took it, the younger leading the way to the backyard, where the rest of the Lee Family was having their BBQ party. The moment the door opened all attention went to them, no, it all went to Minho. The taller visibly stiffen. Taemin nudge his side and pull him back from his panic attack.

“Don’t embarrass me. I thought you were an actor” Taemin grit his teeth, trying hard not to look angry at Minho but still putting on a fake smile for his family

Taemin’s mother was the first to approach them. Smiling at her youngest son, and his supposedly boyfriend. Taemin lets go of Minho’s hand and met half way with his mother with a hug

“Taeminnie!” the lady cares Taemin’s soft cheek and place multiple kisses on each side making the younger groan

“Mommy~”

“Is this your boyfriend? My he’s a fine catch isn’t he?” his mom diverts her attention in a split second catching Minho off guard

“Ah! Yes! It’s me, I’m Minho, Choi Minho, Taemin’s boyfriend” Minho offered his hand for Taemin’s mom to shake but he got a big bear hug instead.

“I know who you are dear, I saw you on TV a couple of times. Great job on the TV Drama!” she pulled back and gave Minho a thumb up. Minho smiled gratefully.

Mrs. Lee then drags Minho to meet the rest of the family. Taemin’s older brother was a pilot, and both of them seem to be rooting for the same soccer club. So noted, Minho likes Taesun. Taemin’s sister-in-law was really pretty, though she seems very busy and always had he hands full with a phone on the right and a glass of wine on the left. But she was nice. Her twins though are the noisiest one; both are five year old called Irene and Wendy. They seem to notice Minho so both immediately ask for his signature

“Girls, there is no need. He’ll be family soon” Taemin’s mother giggled and both twins jump up and down in glee, throwing their hands in the air.

Minho turned his attention towards Taemin. The younger seem to be shock; looks like Taemin heard the conversation. You see, Taemin and Minho aren’t exactly lovers. They were merely high school buddies. Even during high school Minho didn’t hung out with Taemin all the time. Taemin was with his own group Kai, Ravi, Jonghyun and Jimin. While Minho spend some time with Onew, Changmin and Key. But since Jonghyun and Key are dating, they got acquaintance.
