christopher collins, the korean british baby who was born in the hospital his father owned in lovely london. christopher spent most of his childhood with his grandparents since both of his parents were always working. since christopher didn't see them often, he would always just look at pictures of his parents and even draw on their family photo with hearts and sunshine. christopher grew fond of photos so, he would carry a small book and pen around, doodling things he found interesting since he didn't own any a camera. his grandmother began to notice his doodles and eventually introduced him to his first camera, the sony DSC-G1. "you don't have to carry a book and pen anymore. carry your dreams now." since then, he was always carrying his camera. people always questioned him why he takes so many photos and he always responded "because everyone deserves a chance to remember something". as technology evolved, christopher's passion towards photography increased immensely. his parents were highly against it since it wasn't a 'worthless' job. of course it was normal to hear that from the two famous doctors, who raised to him to follow their footsteps. christopher rebelled against his parent's wish and ran off to multiple countries, taking and editing photos till his hearts content. he would upload his photos onto his blog, describing that very moment when he took the photos. during his travelling, there was one specific place that always lingered his mind. paris. he was sitting out on the balcony, posting up his recent photo when suddenly he overheard a conversation about the popular magazine line, l'etoile. he searches up the magazine line and immediately falls in love with their photos and designs. from that point on, he knew l'etoile was his first step to pursuing his dreams.

being a curious six year old, serena often wondered how life was like outside the black, sturdy gates surrounding their mansion. she often expressed her wishes of living a normal life– going to a normal school instead of being homeschooled, make friends and go on daily adventures.

serena easily admitted on her first day alone, the outside world was too cruel. naiveness got the best of serena, and she soon came to her senses that life in the mansion was indeed better. but, the girl knew her brother knew the she could do it so she carried on.

not a little long ago, she decided to go to le'etoile since it was the talk of paris around that time.

rocco was born in korea, in the dephts of the winter. one year after the boy's birth, they moved to italy where he spent his early years. his dad was half-italian half-mandarin and his mom was purely korean.

"fun" wouldn't be the best word to describe his childhood, his dad was overly stricked and abusive while his mother caring and completely powerless, rocco would witness horrible things go on in his household. In the family of multilingual people, he was forced to learn both of the languages his parents spoke plus italian, which resulted into rocco having speach difficulties all the way through school.

at the age of ten, on the day of his mother's birthday with all of the remaining savings they had, rocco, his mom and his sister flew to france while the father was away for a few days. his mother's old friend happily welcomed them with warmth and widely spread arms and luckily gave them moral and financial support. after the parents had gone through divorce papers, court and other factors, life seemed better, though rocco's beloved mother continued to live in severe paranoia, afraid that the father would soon return.

it wasn't until high school that the boy's life actually started to get exciting. he found a group of supportive friends, experienced his first love and maybe a few ual rendezvous with a couple of acquaintances and possibly a teacher. by recommendation he started modeling and was sent to work in milan. there he met one of the most influential people in his life, émile, with who he had spent his best and spine-tingling life moments. after he had graduated from one of the best universities in paris, getting a degree in fine arts, he was offered to work for a parisian magazine "l'ètoile" where he reunited with his best friend and has been enjoying life ever since.
