But I kinda like the plot...
Maybe if I have time I'll develop this story...

Enjoy it!

He watched at the clock on the wall.

11.59.

“One minute more…” he said to himself.

One minute later, a girl entered the café where he worked part-time.

She always came there at 12.00 o’clock. She always sat on the corner of that café and just ordered a glass of strawberry milkshake. Then she will busy with her own work: made star from a paper.

He always noticed her. He started to be attracted by her. Her act when she couldn’t make the star perfectly, her smile when she finished all of the paper and made its into the stars, and her foolishness when she cursed herself because she forgot to drink her strawberry milkshake just because she too engrossed with her work.

But he never had courage to talk to her. He just put her drink on the table and left. Like that everyday.

Until one day he gathered all of his courage and talked to her when he brought her the drink.

“What will you do with that stars?” he asked.

He always wanted to ask it.

She smiled. “Do you ever heard a story about one thousand stars?”

He shook his head.

“Want me to tell you?”

He wanted to nod, but he was working.

He glanced to his manager, and for his surprised, his manager slightly nod to him and mouthed ‘jia you’ to him.

He finally nodded to her.

“Sit here,” she patted the spot beside her.

He sat down and she started to tell.

“There’s a legend that said, if you can make one thousands stars, and on the one thousandth stars you write your hope, mix it with the other stars then take one of them. If the star that you take is the stars with your hope you write before, your hope will fulfill…”

“Really?” he asked unbelievingly.

“I don’t know…that’s the way I want to try,” she said. “But if I succeed, I promise I’ll tell you!”

“Promise?” he took out his finger.

“Promise…” she linked her finger with his, then said, “Nah…want me to teach you how to make star?”

He nodded happily.

“What’s your name?” she asked as she gave him a long paper.

“Wang Zi,” he took it.

“I’m Gui Gui,” she smiled.

He couldn’t believe it! He talked to her! He even knew her name now!
