Véronique and Darcelle. Not very common names when it comes to Mayview, Washington. Of course, these French beauties couldn't be more different, even if they are identical twins.

Darcelle is rude, sulky and prideful; Véronique soft spoken, sweet and friendly to all. Despite these differences in appearance, it is obvious to all that they care very much for each other; it's as if they're each other's missing halves, cliché as it seems. They're practically in separable.

If only it remained that way after they fell down the well . . . If only Véronique would listen to Darcelle's suspicions . . . If only Darcelle realized exactly who the murderer was before it turned out this way . . . Yes, if only.
