Facade

Description

The first fanfic from a stress student

Foreword

He wasn't persuasive, but he had his own ideas about life. He wasn't a timid, calm person, instead, he had his own facade of enjoyment and happiness, hidden away from others. He was what they called a time bomb, nobody knew when he was going to explode. He longed to enjoy the sweet leisure of freedom. Yet he, Minseok, was bound by the chain of responsibilities. He, Minseok, was not a free man. Truth be told, the only place where he was able to express himself properly was the brothel across the bar he used to work at as a mere student.

People say that Luhan is like the sea. Deep, unclear, and mysterious. Too deep that no one could reach him. Too big that no one could afford to keep him. He was what they called a perfect man, although he himself knew that it was not true. He knew that it was just a facade he masqueraded in a parade of actors. He was a free man who needed to live wildly. He loved every moment of it, but he needed to hide.

He needed to hide, from what he should be hiding from.

It was neither fate nor coincidence. Their meeting was all planned out since Day 1, yet neither knew the consequences of the game they decided to play.
