Jessica POV

ah, its good to be back. well hello Korea. 

"unnie!"

"Jess!!!"

"Sica unnie!!!"

i smiled seeing the important people welcoming me at the airport. i can see flashes everywhere but i ignored them all. 

"i missed you girls so much!", i pulled them all and hugged them

"finally! we almost thought that you would settle down at New York you know", Tiffany said and i just laughed

"nah. my home is here in Korea", i replied

"it has been 5 years unnie, welcome back", Yoona smiled and i nodded at her

"thanks Yoong"

"come on unnie, lets go home. dad is waiting", Krystal said

so we moved to the car to go to my family mansion. 

last 5 years, i left Korea after my mom died. she was sick for 2 years before she died. i was close with my mom so it affect me so much when she died. 

i went to New York to continue my studies and pursue my dream which i finally achieved well. and now i planned to go back for good. i will begin my new life here in Korea with the presence of my family and my friends

"Jessica. its good to see you, finally", dad greeted me with his warm hug. i saw a single tear from his eye so i wiped it for him

"im back, daddy", i smiled at him and he hugged me again

"thankyou for coming back. i hope you will never leave again", he whispered

"i wont dad. im planning to stay", i smiled

"alright my handsome daddy and my gorgeous sister. lets go to the dining room and eat now, shall we?", Krystal interrupted us and we only laughed at her

"Jess. me and Yoona still have our schedule. so we will see you tomorrow. ok?", Tiffany told me

"alright. thankyou for fetching me at the airport anyways", i thanked them and hugged them agaim before letting them go

"bye"

after that, me, dad and Krystal went to eat. 

"so how was New York?", dad asked

"good. people there are very much friendly. i like doing my job there and working with people there. everything went well", i answered

"we're sorry we couldnt visit you often", dad apologised

"no. its fine. i understand. you have to take care our family business and i know Krystal was busy too as she just started her career after training for 2 years", i smiled at them

"im getting there unnie. many agency called to have me", Krystal grinned

"thats good. and im thinking of making you as my new product's model"

"oh i would love to. but you will pay me good right?"

"really? Krystal? im your sister"

"well sis, nothing is free in this world"

i rolled my eyes while dad laughed at Krystal's sentences

"fine. whatever you want", i gave in eventually

"awesome!", Krystal grinned even more

"so uhm, you will get busy starting next week if dad is not mistaken. correct?", dad asked me

"yeah. i will open up two branches here in Seoul next week. then i will introduce all of the products. i will also make an announcement internationally regarding the new products that will be launched", i replied

"seems like you have a lot to do", dad nodded

"yeah. and i also need to hire new employees", i said

"dont worry unnie. i know you will do well like how you did back in New York", Krystal said

"hahaha thanks"

after the lunch, i went to my room to unpack my things then freshen up. done with that, i went to Krystal's room to have a nice chat as i really missed talking to her

"but why do i have to follow? what? no Amber, no no. Sulli would be there too right? so you dont have to- eh??? aish fine! ok bye"

i didnt mean to listen but i heard the convo already

"whats the matter Soojung ah?", i asked Krystal

"Amber was asking me to accompany her, meeting Sulli's sister. she said she's scared", Krystal pouted

"Amber? ah that friend of yours. but isnt Sulli your crush? what happened?", i asked

Krystal sighed and slumped herself on her bed so i took a seat next to her

"after you left, i wasnt spending much time with Sulli anymore. so we drifted apart. and a year after that, Amber told me that she likes Sulli. so i said go for her, and i supported them both"

i gestured her to continue so she obeyed

"i never tell anyone about me having a crush for Sulli. and when i found out that during my absence, Amber was there for Sulli, i thought that.. maybe i wasnt good enough for Sulli. so yeah, i helped Amber on getting Sulli. so they got together and they still are till now"

"do you regret it?", i asked

"nope. seeing how happy Sulli is with Amber, i have no regret at all. do i make a mistake unnie?"

i smiled and patted Krystal's head gently

"no. not at all. you did great. im proud of you", i said

"hehehe thanks unnie. aigoo, and now i will meet Sulli's sister for the first time. aish that Amber", Krystal pouted

"hahaha whats the meeting about?", i asked

"Sulli's sister finally found out about them after 2 years of their relationship. but only now that she have a free time so she asked to meet Amber"

"Sulli knows?"

"no. Amber said, it was Sulli's sister that sent her a text"

"wow thats-"

"a little bit intimidating. yes. i bet Amber is panicking like crazy", Krystal giggled

"so when will the meeting be?"

"Amber said tomorrow though"

"and you will accompany her?"

"i guess, yeah"

"oh ok"

"you will go out with Tiff unnie and Yoona unnie tomorrow?"

"yup. i promised them already"

then Krystal pouted so i asked her why

"i wanted to hang out together with you and unnies too", she said

"hahahaha aww, we can go out together next time. no worries"
