      It was the second time I've had an argument with Jiho when we started dating, but for some reason I felt that it was mostly my fault. Jiho was the one upset and crying, not me. I was just plain mad. I went up to Taecyeon, who was looking out the window to admire the landscape. My body begged for comfort, so I hugged his arm, resting my head on his shoulder. He looked down at me, confused at my behavior.

      "Taecyeon-ah, I had a fight with Jiho," I confessed. He groaned.

      "Let me guess. Is it because of Victoria noona?" he asked pointedly. I picked up my head, staring at him as if he was the god of mindreading.

      "How'd you--"

      "You haven't talked once about your boyfriend when you started the show. You've only been talking about Victoria. The way I see it, you probably did something to annoy him even further," he said ponderously.

      "Well...I may have been texting Victoria noona while I was with him...and when we were shouting at each other, I might have told him that he should have thought twice before dating me if he was going to expect me to be with him all the ---" I squeaked before my speech got disrupted.

      "Jesus Christ Nichkhun! How could you...you know, if I were him, I'd be more than mad! I would've broken up with you a long time ago. That boy must seriously like you if he still stayed with you after being ignored so blatantly --" he was about to rant further, but my phone rang loudly. I fished it out of my pocket, only to be met with Jiho's number. Hm, maybe he wants to make up, I thought excitedly.

      "Jiho, I'm really sorry about --" I stopped. There was a lot of background noise, including blaring sirens.

      "Ah yes, do you happen to know Woo Ji Ho? I'm using his emergency phone button, and his first contact didn't pick up," answered an unfamiliar voice. 

      "Did...did something happen?" I asked.

      "Your friend here got run over by a truck. I witnessed the accident not too long ago, and pulled over to call 911. We're in the ambulance now, headed to Myungsoo hospital. You might need to come here and fill out his registration or contact someone who can. By the looks of it, I don't think he's going to make it. Poor guy, he looks so young. Oh, I have to hang up, we've just arrived," he explained hurriedly. Car accident?

      My legs gave way and I fell down to the ground, holding onto Taecyeon's arm for support. I couldn't stop shaking. We had just met half an hour ago...but now Jiho was dying? Taecyeon crouched down.

      "Jesus, what happened? What did he say?" he asked. I took deep breaths.

      "Taec...while I get ready, message manager-hyung to inform Block B's manager of something," I directed him calmly.

      "About what?"

      "Jiho's gotten into a car accident."

      With shaky hands, I grabbed my things and put on my face mask. Manager-hyung came to pick me up, and Taecyeon came to emotionally support me. The thought of Jiho dying just seemed so unreal, making me extremely dizzy. Once the van stopped by the hospital, I ran out, pleading with the nurses to tell me where the car accident patient was.

      "Sir, he finished his surgery a few moments ago. You'll be able to see him in room 415," a nurse informed me, flip
