Task 1
Project Trainees
First task: The contestants were asked to write a oneshot. It can be about anything they want, the length required is 1500 - 2000 words.
lefemui: Drifted Apart
Judge's comment: The oneshot confused me a bit at some parts. Of course it had a sweet ending and everyone was happy, yet I never really liked the main female character with her love for Leo and the ignorance towards the others. But that is just my opinion on it and it does not matter as much. You do you girl. Anyway, you should have put more details into the description of the characters and their use, cause at some point I did not know who was talking to who about what. More adjectives and adverbs would help it a lot. Also I would never use non english words such as oppa or jagiya, cause many people don't know what that means, but again you do you girl. I just tell what I think I would do in your place. And a bit of a longer backstory would have been great too. But all in all it was a pleasant one-shot with a cute ending
_written: of men and kitties
Judge's comment: The idea by itself was very interesting and I wouldn't have thought it would end up actually being about kittens. I think it would be appropriate for every age which means you could have a huge audience. Nevertheless, there is a lack of details: describing something in a bit more adjectives and adverbs would bring it to a higher lever. Also I know some people like short one-shots, however, there is a lot of people who prefer longer ones. Besides, it is a one-shot which means everything important should be put in that oneshot, but all depends on you and your wishes and ideas. You put italics in the thoughts what made it easier to follow the story. In my personal stories, I'd never use non-english words and suffixes like -ssi, but is something the writer decides and is purely personal likings which are not to be judged. All in all, it was a very sweet one-shot which I'd read again
