At that moment when she stepped foot onto the grounds of the empty park, Kim Seoyeon didn't know she would rue that day she met that unusual boy who was having his way with a black cat--fur as black as his silky hair--with a sorry excuse of a tree branch. 

"Are you finding joy in terrifying an innocent cat?" Seoyeon frowned slightly when the boy gave her a fleeting glance before returning his attention to the cat, who had its hairs standing up at its ends. 

"Maybe." As if his fun had been soiled by her appearance, he lightly tossed the stick away and allowed the cat to scurry off back to wherever it came from. He stood up, making Seoyeon realize how tall he actually was. "It passes away the time, y'know." His sarcastic remark oddly struck a nerve within her.

Unbeknownst to her, he would strike many nerves in the future to come.

Hey guys! After listening to Monster by EXO and watching their lives like any other fan, for some reason, I found Baekhyun very attractive (why didn't I earlier). Inspired, I want to write a fic about him <3 

I usually write Myungstal fanfics, but hey, it gets tiresome with the same characters, so I want to write something new!
