Its been two weeks since Wonwoo dropped the bomb of his incurable disease, and so far their life continued normally.

Wonwoo still isn't showing symptoms and Mingyu was staring to build up hope, that maybe, just maybe, Wonwoo isn't sick at all and they're worrying for nothing. 

The day started off normally as normal as it has been for the last 6 years. Wonwoo woke up early to cook breakfast while Mingyu prepared for work.

Mingyu went out of the shower and dressed up and went straight to the kitchen to see Wonwoo in his favorite baby blue apron that he gave him as a joke gift for valentines day, that was until Wonwoo searched through the pocket of the apron to find a ring. 
That day he proposed to Wonwoo... and it was the happiest moment of his life when he heard the answer

"Yes?"

Mingyu snapped out of his thoughts "Huh?"

"You were staring" Wonwoo chuckled

"Well, why wouldn't i when i have the sweetest eye candy in front of me" Mingyu grinned cheekily 
"Ha Ha. You're so full of cheese" Wonwoo said lightly slapping Mingyu's arm.
"By the way Mingyu were out of food, I gotta go to the store later. Can you leave a few dollars behind?" Wonwoo inquired not turning away from his cooking

"Wait you're shopping?" Mingyu asked worriedly

Wonwoo nodded

 "Alone?"

"Yes" Wonwoo deadpanned

"Can't you just wait for me? We'll go together" Mingyu said

"Mingyu! I'm capable of taking care of myself okay?!" Wonwoo raised his voice 

"Look, i'll be perfectly fine. The store is only a few blocks away" He pleaded "Please don't treat me this way... not yet" Wonwoo looked down and whispered to himself but Mingyu still heard it

"I'm sorry Wonwoo but you can't go" Mingyu said softly trying not to anger him

"Mingyu i told you i'm fine!" Wonwoo said snapped

"I said no!" Mingyu snapped back

Wonwoo reeled back surprised by the outburst. Mingyu was rarely angry and when he is it means he's really serious.

Mingyu calmed himself down but the seriousness on his face still remained "Wait for me. Understood?"
