( 1 ) ; so, write whatever your text will be
for me, it'll be the shop's name cx /shot.

( 2 ) ; go to your layer palatte & cltr + left click
the [ T ] next to your text.

( 3 ) ; when you've done that, your text will
have these antsy around it

( 4 ) ; create a new layer and go to Edit >
your settings should only focus on these. click ok.

it's up to you to whether make it 1px or 2 px etc.
the color depends on your text color. 
the location is important! it's best if you choose
outside because i usually use that :D 

( 5 ) ; then deselect your text or simply ctlr + d
the ansty will disappear and there will be an outline
outside your text. using the Move Tool, just simply
move the to wherever you like ~

( 6 ) ; voilaaa~ it'll turn up like this! ^^
