After being adopted by a family in the United States, Jonghyun grows up living with an abusive father after his parents divorce. A high school assignment allows him to meet Minho, a boy from South Korea with more money than stars in the sky. With Minho's unrequested help, Jonghyun is able to escape the angsty ghetto of Seattle, Washington.
