The Man In Her Dreams
Genre: Fluff | Mystery
Characters: Winter Choi (OC) | Lee Taeyong | Mark Lee
Summary: Winter kept on dreaming about a mysterious guy which she had never met before or maybe she did, but she didn't remember at all. In her dreams, there were only three things: Rain, umbrella and him. It was only after a few months that he stopped appearing in her dreams, and she moved on. Thinking maybe it was just a phase. But little did she knew, she was going to meet the man in her dreams very soon. The man that had been constantly in her mind. The man in the rain. The man with the umbrella.
"The man-" "-in the rain, I know, I know. Winter, you've been blabbering about the man in your dreams since forever. Give me a break, I'm trying to finish up my English homework." Mark sighed, his eyes focusing on the worksheet as he jotted down the answers. They were at the cafe, their usual hang out place. Winter pouted, wanting to grab her best friend's attention again. "You're already good in English, do it later and listen to me." She said before putting all of his worksheets in his bag and started her story again. "God, not again." Mark moaned out in frustration but still listened, though he knew exactly what she wanted to tell him. Thanks to her constant storytelling of the same dream over and over again for the past few months. Such a torture, he thought.
Winter huffed a sigh, confused as to why the mysterious man kept on appearing in her dreams when she had never met him before. The dream was always the same, the rain, the umbrella and him. "Just don't think too much about it, maybe it's just a phase. You should be grateful that you dreamt of a handsome guy instead of a scary hairless ghost. Now, give me back my worksheets, it's due tomorrow and you know how Mrs. Choi is. Wouldn't want to deal with that witch." Defeated, she gave back the latter's bag with jutted lips. "You look ugly, don't do that." Mark said only to earn a smack on his head. "Shut up and do your work."
She woke up from sleep the next day feeling strage. She didn't dream about the mysterious guy again like how her any other night would be and honestly, she didn't know what to feel. Somehow she felt weird and strange, as if it was a sign of something more? But deciding to shrug off about that matter and actually be happy that the dream had stopped, she couldn't wait to tell Mark about it. Grabbing her cell
