What Would you do when you find a Goddess in Your House?

Kim Myungsoo never imagined that one day he would see a goddess. In his life, he never believed such a thing exist, for him, everything supernatural is just exist in people’s mind. But one day, an old painting of beautiful girl in his house comes to life. Now, with troublesome goddess living in his house , he knows his relaxed and peaceful life would never be the same ever again...

Kim Myungsoo (21 years old)

The Male Protagonist of the story. A college student who initially lives his life without any purpose or dreams, his normal, peaceful life turns 180° when the girl in an old painting on his wall comes to life. Despite born into a family with strong Taoism Background, he doesn’t believe anything supernatural. Myungsoo is competitive, stubborn, impulsive and somewhat rude individual who despite of that, also has a soft side that he doesn't like people seeing. He strives to protect his family and friends, and is very attached to and protective of Jiyeon, which he often showed with the most Tsundere-ish way possible. He is also very talented in cooking and sewing despite of his intimidating appearance.

Jiyeon (Between 2000-3500 years old. Physical age 19 years old.)

The Female Protagonist of the story. she is a kind-hearted but somewhat naive and childish goddess who lost all her powers after accidentally trapped in a Magical painting for almost 800 years, before being freed by Myungsoo. Due to her time in the painting and mainly because of her status as a goddess, she doesn’t know how to act and live in today’s world, resulting in many mishaps that she caused when she tries to act like a normal human girl. She’s very attached to the Kim Family, especially toward Chaeyeon whom she often acts like a big sister to, and toward Myungsoo who often act as her guardian and someone she can rely on. She’s very fond of anything black due to Myungsoo’s influence.

Im Jaebum (20-21 years old)

The mysterious man who seems to knows Jiyeon’s real identity. A college student who attended the same University Myungsoo goes to. He is an attractive, reserved and mature-minded individual who, unlike Myungsoo, is very difficult to be provoked. He’s also well-mannered and well-spoken, traits that makes him has a lot of admirers in the University. Despite of that, he’s also somewhat cunning and manipulative, can easily convincing, and to some extent, influencing people only with his words. Due to Myungsoo’s competitiveness nature and their complete Opposites Personalities, He and Myungsoo always compete in everything, especially if it Involved Jiyeon.

Bae Suzy (19 years old)

The charming, beautiful and highly educated girl from a well respected family in South Korea. He’s Myungsoo’s Junior in high school who secretly has a crush for him, eventhough he seems to be oblivious of this. Born and grown up in a very rich and respected Family, the Bae Family, she often acts like a princess. She enrolled into the same University as Myungsoo’s solely because of him. She often uses her beautiful face and her status for her personal gain. She consider Jiyeon to be her #1 Rival for Myungsoo’s heart, even though Jiyeon herself doesn’t think the same way, as she act like a sister to her the same way she treated Chaeyeon.

Minor Characters :

Chaeyeon (17)

The sarcastic and cynical younger sister of Myungsoo. The youngest child in the Kim’s household. Unlike her Brother, she completely believes in anything supernatural and even can see ‘things’. She’s very attached to Jiyeon, treating her like an older sister she never had. She also often considered as an ‘oddball’, often acts in very unpredictable, unorthodox ways.

Nam Woohyun (22)

Myungsoo’s best friend and college senior. The free spirited and happy go lucky guy who always be there everytime Myungsoo need him. He’s the one of few people that knows Jiyeon’s true identity. despite of his figure, he is exceptionally strong. He harbors a obvious crush toward Hyomin, his lecturer.

Hyo-min (Actual age: 1100 years old, Physical Age between 25-28 years old.)

The letcurer in Myungsoo’s university, who’s actually a Gumiho tasked to oversee Jiyeon’s life in the human world until she regained her power. Beneath her cunning and funny personality, she is a very cunning and manipulative creature, even more than Jaebum. She’s aware of Woohyun’s attraction toward her, and uses it to her personal agenda.

Mr Kim (43)

Myungsoo and Chaeyeon’s fun loving, easy going dad, his family is a direct descendant of famous Taoist monk in the Silla Era. He is very pampering and attentive toward their two children. Despite of his humorous nature, he is also appears to be very knowledgeable to Jiyeon's real identity and the reason she trapped in the painting

Mrs Kim (40)

The caring, loving and supportive mother of Chaeyeon and Myungsoo. Like her Husband, she’s also love to pamper her two kids. She is also the most ‘Normal’ Individual in her rather bizzare household. Like her daughter, she ships Myungsoo and Jiyeon so hard, even to an extent that she, and her daughter, will do anything to make the two of them together.
