a new character review / development thread inspired by predecessors such as DPL.GNGR and APTITUDE run anonymously by the bloomdev team.
we aim to provide timely character reviews and tips that will allow your character to develop and bloom. any character can be signed up for review (ex. idol / oc story oc characters) but this thread is aimed at the applyfic community.
