Taehyung was sitting beside her..Her pale face make taehyung's heart sad.. he was regret for not believing her words.. he regret that he didnot listen to her.. he regret for not waiting for her to explain..and now here it was.. seeing her lying on the hospital bed.. she didnot open her eyes for almost three months.. everyday Taehyung will come to her.. accompany her.. he will leaves her at 8 a.m and comeback at 5 p.m..that's his routine now..

"No matter what happen after this Yi Eun, I will never leave you alone.. I promise to believe you, I promise to love you more and more.. I will never hurt you anymore Yi Eun. I promise.. Please Yi Eun.. wake up..open your eyes"

everyday, taehyung will repeat the same words.. he was always hoping that Yi Eun will open her eyes.. he hope that Yi Eun will forgive him..

"hyung,it's time for you to work," Jung Yan Mi, Yi eun's brother.. Taehyung nod.. eventhough he didnot want to leave her..but still..he must to go to work..his father allowed him to take care yi eun if he come to work everyday

Taehyung didnot even do his work.. he was space out.. thinking back about his memory with yi eun.

"oppa,if one day I gone from this world, will you always love me?"

"jagiya, you already know the answer right?of course I will" Taehyung said while her chick

Yi Eun just laugh and they started to walking while interwining their hands..

on the next week,taehyung was eating alone in the cafe.. Yi Eun said that she have something to do on that day...

suddenly he smell a familiar scent,a familiar laugh,when he turned his head he can see Yi Eun with another man.. Taehyung was shocked and angry

he stand up and make his way to Yi Eun

"Yi Eun-a!" he shout her name

Yi eun turn back and saw Taehyung, she smile to Taehyung not afraid at all..

"who is this guy huh?this guy is the important thing that you want to do today?!"taehyung asked yi eun and his voice was loud..

yi eun was shocked when taehyung increasing his voice..

"of course, taehyung, he is my friend from australia..we didnot met for about 2 years okay?"yi eun answered taehyung

taehyung look at that guy,he know that guy love yi eun..

"yi eun, he is just your friend okay.. beside i'm your namjachin,how dare you thing he is more important than me?"taehyung asked yi eun sadly.. he was upset that yi eun defending his friend more than him.. he was jealous for sure.. can't yi eun see that?

"taehyung, come on, be proffesional..he is my friend.. just my friend!"yieun said

"and i'm your boyfriend!.. or did you love him?! did you have a scandal with him?!" taehyung suddenly feel mad.. he didnot know why he mad

"taehyung he's just my friend!"

"then!? why must you defending him?!"

"I didnot defending anyone taehyung!"

hmph... Taehyung didnot want to listen anything.. he made his way to leave her

"TAEHYUNG!TAEHYUNG!"

he ignore Yi Eun's voice.. he didnot want to hear anything from her..

on the next day taehyung was focus on his work.. he shut down his phone and he didnot allowed any of his workers to come into his office

BANG! suddenly his door office open

it was kicked for sure.. Taehyung look at the door and he can see that he is the guy that with Yi Eun yesterday

"what did you want!"taehyung asked annoyed

"you son of ! why can't you listen to Yi Eun?!"he asked angrily

taehyung raised one of his eyebrow..

"excuse me, what is your problem Mr?!"taehyung asked him sarcastically

"you stupid!Yi Eun was at the hospital right now! she tried to call you one whole night but you didnot even once to answered it! she drive to your house last night! she was in accident last night because of you!" he shout to Taehyung

Taehyung was shocked..  totally shocked.. he can feel his heartbeat start to racing

"which hospital?"taehyung asked him

"stupid , seoul Hospital"

with that taehyung speed with his car to go to the seoulhospital

Taehyung was interwining their hand.. The sick Yi Eun didnot show any movements.. Taehyung sleeping as he rested his head on Yi Eun's bed..

Taehhyung feel someone his head.. slowly he open his eyes..

his eyes turn into a big round..

"DOCTOR!DOCTOR!"Taehyung screaming like crazy when he looked at Yi Eun.. yes.. Yi eun have open her eyes..

after the doctor have done checking yi eun he went into yi eun's room

"Yi eun-a" Taehyung call yi eun

yi eun turn her head to taehyung.. a weak smile appeared from her lips

"I'm sorry for not listening you.. I'm sorry Yi Eun.. I'm sorry"Taehyuhng said

"no Taehyung it's not your fault.. it's my fault..I'm sorry" yi eun said back

"no it's my...."

Taehyung can't finished his words because Yi Eun cut him by kissing his lips..the soft gentle kiss was always succes to make Taehyung melt

5 years later

"Yi eun-a thanks to you, I've learned to trust our love more, thanks to you I can be more proffessional in a relationship, thanks to you Yi Eun.. Thanks to you..I want you to know that I've always love you.. because you're my first love.. thank you Yi Eun.. Thank you"

Taehyung said while smiling.. he look at the grave for the last time.. after he sit there for about 3 hours he leaves..

it was happen 5 years ago and still he can't forget it.. the memory he with Yi Eun will always he keep inhis Mind
