It was Monday. Jonghyun's mother sent him to school today. This freaked him out because his mother stopped sending him to school when he turned 16. "Am I in trouble?", he thought. When they finally arrived at Cheong Ju High School, his mother sighed and reached for Jonghyun's head. Jonghyun thought she was going to hit him so he moved his head to avoid getting hurt but it turned out that his mother wasn't going to hit him at all. She rubbed his head and said, "Jonghyun-ah, study hard, okay? I would really like to see you get into college one day. Make me proud, okay?". Jonghyun's eyes widened. He was surprised. Why is his mother saying these things? It's not normal! "Uh, yes.", he replied. He said goodbye to his mother and got out of the car immediately. He walked to the school entrance and met up with his best friend, Kibum. 

"Hey, Jjong!", Kibum called out to him. Jjong, that's what people call him most of the times. It's a name a girl -who had a crush on him, of course- called him 5 years ago. The name grew on people and people started calling him that, Jjong. He hates that name though. "How is your song coming up?", Kibum said to him. Jonghyun loves music and people told him he has a really nice voice. "Almost like magic", that's how they describe it. He likes writing songs too.

Jonghyun rubbed his head, smiling, "It's alright, I guess. I don't know if it will be good.". "Jjong! Stop being so modest! I know it will be good!", Kibum said. Jonghyun smiled and walked straight to class with Kibum.

Jonghyun saw Kim Yuna, a girl he liked, while walking to class. Kim Yuna, or Yuna for short, had long, straight, black hair. She has eyes like a cat's and she has really fair skin. She's the perfect girl to Jonghyun's eyes. She's sweet, she's kind and she's smart. She's everything Jonghyun has ever dreamt of. No one knows how Jonghyun felt about Yuna. He wouldn't tell anyone. He was embarassed by it.  Yuna was sitting at her desk in her class -they were in different classes-, reading a book. It was Safe Haven, by Nicholas Sparks. Yuna always had a book with her. Jonghyun liked that about her.
