So we might have underestimated North Korea. And by we, I mean humanity. The invasion was swift and unexpected, surprising the entire globe. The North Korean's claimed South Korea's land as their own, lauding the event as 'The Great Reclamation.'

Summary: Set in Post-North-Korean-Invasion South Korea in which the two Koreas are united by the military force of the North Korean government. When every single Korean person outside of Korea is demanded to be "returned" to the country, the female protagonist finds herself stuck in an unfavorable situation with the BTS members with no way to escape on their own.

Pros:

- Amazing writing yo

- I feel like the descriptions of the post-war depression and the demoralization of everyone after the invasion would be accurate if such a situation were to arise

- Zoey is really strong and confident-- I love her

- Everything is well-written and detailed, so there are no noticeable plot holes

- The angst is so real in this one

- Not your typical dystopian story (if it can be considered one cuz Korea is in a state of chaos and totalitarian rule while the rest of the world isn't so ???)

- Characters are pretty realistic and their traumas are understandable, so they make you feel super empathetic for them

- THE ANGST

Cons:

- I love this story so much, it hurts

- The angst *sobs*

- WHYYYYYYYYY NORTH KOREA WHYYYYYYY

- Some grammatical errors/typos here and there but nothing too obvious

- Makes me scared because I would not want to be deported to a Korea under totalitarian rule

- If I were Zoey, I'd be dead q.q
