Honestly your title is not really original, there are other stories with the same or a similar title still I can totally see why you chose this title. 
Not only does it fit your story perfectly but also it can have different meanings. 
Like are we talking about a real time bomb that is going to explode or is the time bomb some kind of metaphor? 
My first thought was that it will go into the direction of a relationship that is about to break away and I liked this idea because it is just one of the many ideas you can think about with this title. 

Foreword (10/10)

Okay, I really love your foreword because of the lyrics because I somehow recognized it right away as Stupid In Love of Mad Clown and I really love this song and wanted to look for a story with the lyrics as basic. So this grabbed my attention and made me really curious about the story. 
Then the foreword doesn't reveal too much of the plot and what will happen, how it will end. It is open so it there could be a happy ending if you want to write one. But then I was also curious about why their relationship became like that, the reasons behind this almost broken bond. 
The structure is good too, easy to read and to go through and not messy.
