Jun: “OUCH!! Jeez, fine fine….I’ll stop writing this beautifully written biography of mine…”
Wendy: “Do you want to taste this beautiful fist of mine one more time?”
Jun: “Okay okay I quit! I’ll throw that book away!”
Wendy: “Now please introduce yourself properly to the audience. Starting with your face.”
Jun: “Okay okay….I look like this guy”
Wendy: “Why choose this guy?”
Jun: “I think the author put some names into a program and this guy was picked out of the bunch”
Wendy: “Find a better picture, that mustache prop kind of obstructing your face a bit.”
Jun: “Okay this one then.”
Wendy: “That’s better and also you can say that you look like Seo Kang-joon. It’s for the sake of the reader so they can imagine what you look like when they read this story.”
Jun: “Do we have to break the 4th wall this early?”
Wendy: “Well this is the foreword section so this is the author only chance to break the 4th wall you know…now please introduce yourself again properly now that they have seen what you look like.”
Jun: “Well I guess for the sake of the audience to grasp the tone of the story I guess we can joke around a bit here by breaking the 4th wall…so that the audience will know that this isn’t a horror, mature or story….Imagine if the author write a scene about us….”
Wendy: “………………..”
Jun: “………………”
Jun & Wendy: “Ew! Gross!”
Wendy: “Now this is the end of the 4th wall breaking session, please introduce yourself so that in the 1st chapter the author doesn’t have to introduce you again, sigh…..”
Jun: “Okay okay….relax…chill….”
Wendy: “Go ahead then…..”
Jun: “Okay, so my name is Shin Dong-jun, or Jun for short but Wendy creates an English name for me, DJ. Of course it is taken from my name, Dong-jun becomes DJ but I still prefer to be called as Jun. Wendy and I have been best friends since the day we meet the first time in that lecture hall. Somehow we just connect with each other but I have no romantic feelings for her and neither does she. I am just your regular guy, freshly graduated from University and looking for work in order to pay the expenses of my daily life. I live alone in the University dorm but now that I am graduated, the campus only let me stay another 3 weeks before I have to leave. My parents are divorced and both of them live outside the city so I am here in Seoul on my own. One day, I was minding my own business on a lonely weekend where I accidentally stumbled upon this beautiful girl and I must agree that our first meeting is a bit unusual and crazy. Since then my life is not really the same again….well since I start to have a purpose now…a goal. I will not tell much further about this meeting with that girl or my awesome adventure with Wendy, just join me in this ride…where you will see me, play the crazy game of love.”
Foreword
Hey everyone! Welcome to my newest story, Crazy Game of Love! This story will be a lot different than my other stories because I won’t be focusing too much in showing conflicts and problematic life between each characters. Of course the story won’t be interesting if there is no plot or problems but I won’t make it as complicated as my other stories are. I will be focusing more on character building and the fun interaction between them while still maintaining the course to unveil the plot and the potential problems that the characters must face in the future.
As you can see on the foreword, I hope everyone can catch on with the fourth wall breaking that I put on there. Not to worry, that foreword is the only time where the fourth wall breaking will ever exist, in the story, there will be none of that fourth wall breaking. The story will follow a man with the name of Jun. All 5 Red Velvet members will be featured in the story as equal as possible but at the beginning probably only Wendy and Irene that will be linked with the male OC the most compared to the others but don’t worry everyone will have an interaction with the male OC and it doesn’t necessarily mean that they will be romantically involved. As I previously stated, I want this story to be fun and not too focusing on the romance side only.
If you come to this story because you read my other story, hopefully you all already familiar with my way of telling the story and if you are new, welcome! As English isn’t my first language there would be times when my grammar will be awful and there would be sentences that don’t make sense because I didn’t pay good attention when I reviewing for mistakes. So all in all, please forgive me if I make some mistakes here and there, hehe.
So I will have the characters details up as well along with this foreword and description so please take a look at it and in the meantime I’m working on the first chapter of this story so I appreciate your patience.
