guidelines
1 // subscribing is mandatory.
2 // only one account per cloud hopper.
3 // this is a closed roleplay, so no talking to outsiders. retweets from
fansites are okay, but please don't clog the timeline!
4 // unlimited character changes, just mention base for reverification.
5 // please please no facechasing or otp chasing. base will take action
against this if anybody feels uncomfortable.
6 // recycled accounts allowed but please clean all tweets and followings
