Description

Emi Winters is a thief, and no, she doesn’t rob for the sake of the poor, she robs for the sake of her freedom.

Kris is the leader of a group of mercenaries, called Dragoons. They are renowned for their skills in completing their jobs without a trace, and Emi does not want to have anything to do with them, at all.

In fact, she doesn’t even want to meet or see them in her whole life.

However, life doesn't always go exactly according to what you want, especially when the both of them are searching for the same thing.

Foreword

"Didn't you say you hated people like me?" Emi asked him, raising an eyebrow.

"I did." Kris nodded his head at her and she let out a snort, rolling her eyes.

"Then, stay away from me." She hissed coldly at him, turning around and walking away from him. However, before she could walk any further, someone grabbed onto her wrist, pulling her back. Her eyes widened slightly as she stumbled backwards, hitting against a hard and warm chest.

"...but you, Emi Winters, you are an exception." Kris told her, his voice becoming deeper.

Hello guys! This is my third story here! Can't wait to write it! This story takes place in historical times, and I may not be super accurate what is happening during those times ><, so please forgive me for any mistakes I made about these times! Also, I would realllly appreciate it if you check out my other fics too :D!

I'm not very sure of how they spoke in the 19th century, even after researching on it, so I might not be accurate in how they speak either!

This is my own story, my own ideas, any ideas that may seem similar to others is purely concidential. I wrote this story long, long ago and decided to continue it again :).
