When she followed her big sister to Korea, Jiao had no intention of becoming an idol like her sister. Yet, like her sister, she couldn't deny that she felt a thrill whenever she danced or sang. And as fate would have it, a scout from FNC coincedentally heard her sing on the way back from an audition, one she had no plans on going to. Apparantly, he loved her voice, enough to pester her parents to convince her to join. Eventually, she accepted, and then she was a trainee at FNC at age 12.

Initially she wanted to leave after 4 months, but then she met her new best friend Kim Chanmi, and then staying didn't sound so bad. Then her other unnies came in, her favorite being Mina unnie, and here she was as AOA's maknae Jade.

Which was fine, if she weren't so innocently oblivious to her favorite unnie's feelings for her.

The rest of her unnies could only shake their head and sigh. Aigoo, their little princess was too pure and naive~
