I woke up the next morning, snuggled beside Hanbin in bed. I had awoken a few minutes before Hanbin, who was peacefully holding onto me while sleeping.

I shifted my body ever so slightly to get a better look at the peaceful, sleeping giant. His hair was a complete mess, a true bedhead for that matter. I couldn’t stop myself from moving it aside, away from his forehead so that I’d be able to admire his adorable expression.

It seemed like he was in deep sleep, I could hear his breathing while his chest moved up and down through every exhale and inhale. I looked at all the cuts and bruises on his face, around his chin and on his lip, and I couldn’t help but worry at how painful they must have been when he fought Mino.

I moved my hand slowly up to his chin as I observed every injury with more care, but he flinched the second I came too close.

He opened an eye to see what was going on, still half asleep as he inspected. He noticed me right away and smiled while tugging me closer to him.

“morning” he said in his irresistible morning voice

“morning sleepy head” I replied, giggling at the fact he’d gone back to sleep the second he opened his eyes

“do you plan to sleep all day?” I teased while playing with his hair

“5 more minutes” He dug his face into the pillow and tightened his grip around me

I somehow managed to get out of the body cage he was keeping me in. I sat up straight as I inspected the sleepy head in front of me. He looked so pure and innocent as he slept. Not to mention his body was in perfect shape and looked amazing even when he slept. I moved his hand aside to get a better look at the bruise that I had wrapped up. Once I began to poke at the bandaid, hanbin flinched and grabbed my arm to stop me.

“yaa…. What do you think you’re doing?” he questioned while still ‘sleeping’ with his face in the pillow

“nothing…. I just wanted to see if the bruise was getting better” I explained

“it’s not…. You can just ask me….. stop touching” he whined

“wow after spending hours mending you last night this is the attitude I get as a thank you?” I dropped his hand back to where it was and began to scoot away

“ya…” he grabbed my arm and pulled me back to him before he finally revealed his morning face, while still half asleep, “didn’t I repay you last night?” he smirked

My face went red.

“YA! Y-you can’t just say it like that! And no! That doesn’t even come close to repayment!” I was embarrassed to think about how intimate things got last night

Hanbin began to chuckle as he looked at me with more focus now, “do you want more? How about we go for seconds, maybe that will be enough to repay you” he teased

“you’re disgusting!” I tugged away from him, wrapping the extra blanket around my body before getting out of the bed

He rested in the bed peacefully as he watched me get out. He was smiling a bit too widely while thinking about what had happened last night. I looked back at him, embarrassed to see him recalling everything. I quickly grabbed whatever I could, including his pants that were on the ground and I threw them at him before running out of the room and heading to the kitchen.

“YA! You cant just leave like that!” he yelled from the room as I began to make something for breakfast

He came out a few minutes later (now with his pants on) and walked up beside me to see what I was making.

“mhmm pancakes” he seemed happy

“they aren’t for you, go make your own” I tease
