12 years ago...

The nine years old Jessica, staring at the grey cloud from the window of her respective class. She let out heavy sighs before look away and take her backpacks and walk out from her class.

"Sica!", Taeyeon called as she approaches the gloomy-Sica.

"What?" Jessica questioned.

"It's raining at the outside. Have you bring your umbrella?", Taeyeon asked, ignoring Jessica's bad mood, like always.

"I haven't..", Jessica answered.

"Me too!", Taeyeon replied. "But my mom will pick me up..", she added. "Your parents?", Taeyeon asked.

"My mom and dad is busy..", Jessica answered.

"Are you okay?", Taeyeon asked. Jessica nodded with assuring smile.

"Don't worry about me..", Jessica replied.

"Okay.. See you tomorrow! Annyeong!", Taeyeon bid goodbye and walk down the hallway. Jessica just standing on the hallway while watching all students leaving.

It's has been hours, Jessica still waiting for her parents in her class. She locked all windows for her safety and sat on her seat. There no hint the heavy rain will stop in any time. The sudden thunder crash, make Jessica flinch and let out shriek, she hiding under her desk and close her ear with her both hands.

Her heart beating faster as her body trembling. "Please.. Please don't hurt me..", she begged and crying.

"Are you okay?",

Jessica fliched, startle by the voice. Slowly she raise her face and look up at a cute boy, staring at her with curious-look. Jessica blink and gulped.

"It's okay. I won't hurt you..", said the boy with assuring smile.

"Wh- Why are you here?", Jessica questioned.

"Sorry.. I've heard you screaming.. That's why..", said the boy.

Jessica look down on the floor. "Are you cold?", the boy asked when saw Jessica's trembling hands. Jessica shook her head and hide her hands. The boy smiling and squat down beside Jessica before grab Jessica's wrist and pull it out. Jessica look at the boy.

"What are you doing?", Jessica asked.

The boy didn't say anything, but he holding Jessica's cold hand tightly. Jessica stares at the boy and their hands. "How is it?", the boy asked.

"Warm..", Jessica whispered. "Aren't you cold?" she asked. The boy just shook his head and smile.

"Do you like it?", the boy asked. Jessica nodded. "You can hold my hands whenever you feel cold." the boy added.

They stay like that for minutes before the boy stand up and help Jessica getting out from under the desk. "Let's go home..", said the boy.

"I think I'm alone here..", said Jessica as they walk out from the class.

"You're not alone..", the boy replied.

"How old are you?", Jessica asked.

The boy look at Jessica. "7 years old..", he answered.

"Oh.. My name Je-" Jessica paused and turn look at the boy, "Sooyeon. Jung Sooyeon. I'm 9 years old..", Jessica continue with smile.

"Do Kyungsoo..", the boy replied with bashful smile. Jessica chuckles and nodded. Both of them walking down the hallways, holding hands.
