He gets out his cell phone and calls CL.
CL: hello?
Jonghyun: can we meet up?
CL: what for?
Jonghyun: I have something important to tell you.
CL: um okay.
Jonghyun: meet me at the coffee shop.
CL: okay.
Cut to CL and jonghyun at the coffee shop.
CL: so what is that you wanted to talk to me about?
She takes a sip of her coffee.
Jonghyun: will you...
CL: hmm?
Jonghyun: come to America with me?
CL drops her coffee cup on the floor.
CL: what?
Jonghyun: lets live our lives together in America. Start over.
CL: oh well this is too sudden. I don’t think im ready.
Jonghyun: ill give you time to think. 2 days. Please consider it.
CL: oh um..
Jonghyun hands her the plane ticket.
Jonghyun: I have everything all set in America. We will be living in a beautiful home
near the beach and you will be a schoolteacher for 2nd graders.
CL: ohh wow.
Jonghyun grabs her hand.
Jonghyun: please. Please think about it.
Cut to CL in her room.
CL: wow, America? It is my dream but this is too sudden. What should I do? I should ask Bom
what she thinks.
She takes out her cell phone and calls Bom.
CL: Bom?
Bom: yea whatsup?
CL: I need some advice.
Bom: sure. About what?
CL: jonghyun asked me to go to America with him.
Bom: oh! that’s great news! You have been talking about going to America since high school.
CL: yea I kno, but doesn’t it seem too sudden?
Bom: well you do love him right?
CL: yeaa...
Bom: then this is perfect. You guys can live your lives together. Start all over in a new
place. Living your dream. Sounds like fun right?
CL: yea I guess...well thanks so much for the help.
Bom: sure no problem! Talk to you later! CL: byee...
She hangs up.
CL: sigh...
She looks at her cell phone and calls minho.
Minho: hello?
CL: can I talk to you for a little bit?
Minho: um sure.
CL: meet me at the beach.
Cut to minho and CL at the beach.
CL: can I ask you something important?
Minho: um sure.
CL: and tell me the honest truth. I really value your opinion.
Minho: okay.
CL: jonghyun asked me to go to America with him.
Minho freezes.
CL: and idunno if I should go.
Minho clenches his fist.
Minho: you should go.
CL: what?
She looks at minho.
CL: you want me to leave?
Minho: I think you would be happy over there.
CL: oh I see.
Minho: I think you would have a great life over there, with jonghyun.
Minho unclenches his fist. And turns toward CL.
Minho: nuna, come visit some time okay?
CL: oh, okay.
Minho: well I have to go. See you later.
He waves goodbye to her. Zoom to minho’s face. A tear falls down. CL sits down on the sand.
CL: that’s it? He wants me to leave? Fine. Ill leave. It will be the best for both of us.
Cut to CL in her room.
She gets out her cell phone and calls jonghyun.
CL: ive made my decision. Im going.
Jonghyun: great! we will be leaving tomorrow morning.
CL gets out her luggage and starts packing her stuff. She starts packing her stuff when she
notices this box on the side of her desk. Inside has pictures of her and minho when they were
in highschool. She sits on the side of her bed and looks through them. A tear falls down her face.
