005. you must reach 50 tweets within 24 hours after being verified. failure to do so will lead to kickout!
006. 3 days of inactivity leads to kickout! retweets are not counted as being active.
007. unlimited chara changes : it is a must to mention the base before ccing and allow some time between changes!
008. dating : allowed after one week prior to joining. move in couples must inform the base upon reservation. no dating secretly please!
