Lovin' It

Lovin' It

Sometimes in life, you just have to swallow your pride and do things you don't want to do for a greater cause. He knew he needed the money, but the way he had to put on makeup and perform as grubby hands grabbed at him seriously made Jimin wonder how long he could keep this up.

Jimin walked into the dining area, all eyes turning towards him. Gasps and high pitched coos filled the air as small feet stampeded in his direction. "Ronald!!!"

"Hi, Kids." Jimin said, faking a smile.

As a full time college student, he already had a part time job he loved that involved teaching children's dance classes on weekday afternoons, but when money got tight for next semester's fees, he decided to look for a second job, becoming Ronald McDonald for weekend birthday parties that were held at the fastfood chain.

Jimin generally liked children. The ones in his dance classes were always polite and attentive, but these kids at the McDonald's parties were utterly disgusting, making messes with their food while trying to hug him with their snotty hands. And if they didn't get his attention fast enough they would grab, kick or throw whatever tantrum made their parents lift an eye from their cell phones. But if he thought the kids were bad, the parents were far worse, yelling at him for not giving their special snowflake enough love, which was highly ironic, all things considered.

Today he had gotten through his act without too much trouble. The birthday girl had started opening gifts, so Jimin decided to sneak off for a pee break, but of course, as soon as he made it out of the party room a boy grabbed the back of his pant leg.

"Ronald, where are you going?"

"I'll be right back. Don't you want to see the birthday girl open her presents?" he said with a smile.

"No. I want to hang out with you instead."

"Well, just wait here and I'll be back in a few minutes."

"No. Come with me!" he said, kicking his leg as he started to throw a tantrum.

Jimin tried not to grimace. "I have important business in the kitchen. The Hamburgler is trying to steal all the hamburgers and I have to go stop him. It's very dangerous, so you need to stay here."

Jimin heard someone laughing behind him, but ignored it, just hoping that the boy took the bait, so he could use the restroom in peace.

"No!!! I want to go, too!" the boy screamed, kicking more.

Jimin was trying to think of another lie when suddenly a voice broke his thoughts.

"You know, I've heard this legend about Ronald McDonald."

Jimin looked up, noticing a young man with black hair talking loudly into his phone, but he was facing the window so all he could see was the back of his head.

"He loves children, but hates to be kicked, and it's said that if you kick him three times, later that night he will appear in your bedroom while you are sleeping, and with a bright smile he will smoother you to death using a giant hamburger bun!"

Jimin's eyes went wide as the stranger continued.

"Apparently, there have been three cases already. Children with tiny sesame seeds caught found in their throats. Yep, I hear the only way to stop him is to apologize before it's too late."

Jimin looked down at the boy next to him, watching his face contort in utter terror.

"I'm so sorry, Ronald! Don't kill me!!!" The boy shouted as he ran back to the party.

Jimin blinked as he watched the boy sprint off, and when he heard the same laughter again he looked up, finding the dark-haired guy turned around in his seat. He was really good looking. His bright brown eyes looking up at Jimin, smiling sweetly as if he hadn't just traumatized a small child.

"Sorry, but the kid had it coming." he said with a shrug and Jimin couldn't help, but smile.

"Thanks. Though dealing with the whiny brats sort of comes with the territory."

"Well, I hope they pay you well."

"Not enough, but it helps."

"Well, good luck, you're a braver man than I am."

Jimin just laughed. "Thanks again." he said before turning away and finally heading to the bathroom. When he returned, the black haired man was gone, and at the party room the little boy who had kicked him wouldn't so much as glance his way, clinging to his mother's side for the rest of the party.

~~~~~~~
The next Monday, the new semester of college started. Jimin was eager to meet up with his friend Taehyung, since he had gone back home to visit his parents during the semester break. Taehyung had texted him last night that he was back in town, and they had agreed to meet at Taehyung's dorm room after their classes were out.
Jimin stopped in front of room 4D, double checking Taehyung's text before knocking. He heard some rustling and someone cursing, and suddenly the door swung open. The first thing Jimin noticed was a head of messy black hair that most definitely didn't belong to Taehyung. He was about to apologize when he finally looked at the boy's face and froze as he instantly recognized the cute features of the guy that he had met at the McDonald's, those big brown eyes staring straight at him, looking slightly irritated.
"Can I help you?" he said, in a groggy tone.
"Uh." Jimin said, trying to pull himself together. 'He obviously doesn't recognize you, so just be cool.' he told himself while trying to remember why he was here. "Sorry...Does uh, Taehyung live here?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah." he said while blinking a few times. "He's my roommate."
"Oh. Well, I guess he's not here, yet. Sorry to bother you. I guess I'll come back later." he said, bowing his head.
"Wait, are you Jimin?" he said, running a hand through his hair.
"Uh, yeah. Though if Tae told you about me, I can only imagine what he said." he replied with a nervous laugh.
"He said you're his cute friend who 's kind of shy and a great dancer. I don't know about the dancing part, but the rest seems rather accurate." he said with a smile.  "I'm Jungkook, by the way."
Jimin could feel his face heating up at the compliment, but tried to ignore it. "Nice to meet you, Jungkook."
Jungkook nodded. "If you want to wait for Taehyung inside, you can."
"Um..." he started, but he was soon interrupted by a loud yell.
"JIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!!!!!!!"
Then suddenly, Jimin was being tackled to the ground, knocking his snapback off in the process.
"Jimin, I missed you so much."
"Tae, please get off of me!" Jimin grunted.
Taehyung released his strangle hold to look up at him. "You didn't miss me!" he said with a pout.
"I missed you, just not your tackle glomps." he said with a sigh, looking up when he heard the familiar sound of Jungkook's laughter fill the air.
"Holy ! What'd you do to your hair!?!" Tae said, gaping at his red hair. "How could you dye it without consulting me?"
"It was a spur of the moment thing. Does it look weird?"
"No, it's super hot. Don't you think so, Jungkook?" Tae asked as he bounced to his feet.
"Um...It looks nice." Jungkook replied, looking slightly flustered.
"That means he thinks it's super y." Taehyung whispered loudly to Jimin, before turning back to Jungkook. "This is Jimin, the one I told you about." he said with a wink, making Jungkook look away.
"We just met."
"Oh." he said, looking down at Jimin who was blushing profusely. "Oooh."
"Well, I promised I'd give Jungkook a tour of the campus since he's new, so why don't we all go together?"
Taehyung was up to something, and instantly Jimin's flight response kicked in. "Actually, I came to see you, but I can't really hangout today. My English lit class already assigned me a huge paper due on Friday." he said, and it was all true, but it was also true that if he spent another minute looking at Jungkook, suddenly his eyes noticed the pale collar bone sticking out from his oversized shirt, he was probably going to spontaneously combust. "But maybe we can hang out some other time." he said shyly, looking at Jungkook.
"I'd like that." Jungkook said with a smile.
"Fine. Whatever." Taehyung said with an annoyed pout.
"Bye." Jimin said, dashing off, taking one look back at Jungkook before turning the corner.
~~~~~~~~

Jungkook was a little overwhelmed with the amount of schoolwork thrown at him during his first week of college. At least his roommate turned out to be nice, despite being very distracting, which is why he ended up back at the McDonald's again, sprawling his textbooks out on the table. Although while Taehyung may be physically distracting, it was his friend Jimin that seemed to occupy Jungkook's thoughts.

It was clear from the get go that Tae wanted to set them up, having told him all about Jimin almost instantly after introducing himself, but he never thought Taehyung's friend would end up being so endearing, or so incredibly good looking.

As soon as he laid eyes on Jimin, he quickly developed a little crush on him. He seemed really shy at first, but the way he interacted with Taehyung was really funny, his sassiness intriguing Jungkook. Of course the redhead had bolted as soon as Taehyung had suggested they hang out and he hadn't seen the boy since, so maybe despite Tae's efforts, Jimin just wasn't interested in him.

"Ronald!!! Give me a piggy back ride."

The loud screech made Jungkook look up, finding a small girl making a mean face as she tugged on Ronald McDonald's pant leg.

"I will when I go back to the party, but right now I have to check on the Fry Kids. Don't you want to go eat some birthday cake?"

"NO! I WANT a Piggyback ride."

"I'm sorry, but..."

Jungkook held his phone to his ear and pretended to talk into it loudly. "I told you before that Ronald McDonald really hates kids. I've heard that if a child is left alone with him, he will stuff their face with Mcnuggets until they choke to death."

Jimin couldn't help but smile when he heard Jungkook's voice, glancing over to see him smirking in his direction.

"That's right, there have been two confirmed dead and I've heard he won't stop until he finds a child that can hold 100 Mcnuggets, so never leave your children alone with him!"

Jimin turned back to the girl, whose face immediately turned pale before she let out a loud high pitched scream before dashing off.

Jimin just shook his head before approaching Jungkook. "You really enjoy tormenting kids, don't you?"

"Only the annoying ones." he said with a shrug. "What can I say, it's a gift."

Jimin just laughed as he moved closer to Jungkook, noting all the book sprawled out on his table. "What are you studying?"

"Oh, I'm just catching up on my math homework, but I'm actually a dance major, which is the only reason I can eat here without getting fat."

"Really? Me too." Jimin replied, and instantly regretted it. If Jungkook found out it was him all along, he would die from embarrassment and then Tae would find out too, and he'd never hear the end of it.

He could see Jungkook's eyes widen, but before he could respond, Jimin quickly interrupted. "Anyway, my breaks almost over. Talk to you later." he said, before rushing to the bathroom and when he was done he quickly returned to the party, glancing briefly at Jungkook before he entered the event room.

'He's a dance major.' Jungkook thought and suddenly dots started connecting in his mind, but he quickly shook it off. "Nah, it can't be." he mumbled before returning his focus back on his textbook.

~~~~~~~
A couple months passed, and Jimin was starting to feel exhausted between his schoolwork and two jobs. He talked to Taehyung whenever he could, having to make up excuses as to why they couldn't hang out on the weekends. Taehyung would purposely mention Jungkook during their calls, but Jimin quickly changed the subject, not wanting to talk about the boy with Tae, despite the fact Jungkook was always on Jimin's mind.   Every Saturday when he took his break, Jungkook was there and they always exchanged a few words before he returned to work. It was probably stupid, but seeing Jungkook was really the highlight of his workday, especially when the younger man had a new Ronald story to scare off the children off with. Jimin's favorite being the story of how McRibs are actually made.
Jungkook may be a little morbid, but Jimin still found him to be incredibly beautiful with his witty sarcasm and wicked smiles.  But he didn't really know how beautiful until last week when he received a text from Tae.
Emergency. Meet me at the dance wing room 113. Hurry.
He recognized the number, being one of the smaller practice rooms Jimin used a lot, so he rushed over, seriously thinking Tae was in trouble, but when he peeked in the window there was Jungkook, dancing in the space while a slow melody filled the room. The way he moved was simply captivating, and the sadness radiated from Jungkook's eyes as he danced made Jimin yearn to rush inside and hug him, but he held those feeling in and simply stood there watching with watery eyes until the music stopped. With a heavy heart, Jimin slipped away and the second he returned home he immediately sent Tae a string of angry texts.
Jimin had ignored Taehyung's apologetic texts for a whole week before reluctantly agreeing to meet with him this Friday for dinner.
They sat at the table and ordered, and then they were drenched in silence as both of them tried to figure out what to say.
"Okay look, I'm sorry I lied and said it was an emergency." Taehyung started. "But I just don't understand, you obviously like him, so why are you avoiding him like the plague?"
"It's complicated."
"I seriously doubt that. I mean, I know you're shy, but you two would be so cute together if you just stopped treating him like a leper."
"I don't..."
"You wouldn't even agree to meet at the dorms tonight." Taehyung interjected with a raised eyebrow.
"It's not like that..." he started but stopped when he saw the face Tae was giving him. "Alright, maybe it is like that, but not for the reasons you think."
"Whatever you're hiding, just spill it. I'm gonna find out eventually. I always do."
Jimin let out a long sigh. "You have to promise you won't tell him anything."
"When have I ever..." he started but then Jimin gave him a look. "For God's sake, we were 10, get over it." he said, with a huff, knowing exactly what incident Jimin was thinking of. "Fine. I promise, okay."
So Jimin swallowed his pride and told Tae about his work as Ronald McDonald, and after Taehyung was able to stop laughing at the idea of him in the clown outfit, he continued telling him the story of how he met Jungkook.
"So you two have been talking all this time? I knew you two were made for each other!"
Jimin rolled his eyes. "But he doesn't know it's actually me. I doubt he likes me anyway, but don't you think it's kinda creepy that I haven't told him I'm Ronald?"
"Oh trust me, he is veeery attracted to you." he said with a smile. "You know how I sent you to watch him dance? Well, I did the same thing to him the week before, and when he made it back to the dorms, his face was still incredibly red. You must have put on a good show." he said with a wink.
Jimin facepalmed, suddenly thinking about what Jungkook could have seen, all his miss-steps and mistakes.
"Oh, come on. Don't look like that. So the fact that you've talked at work makes it a little more complicated, but he still likes you. You just got to man up and ask him out already."
"I know." he said with a sigh. "Okay, just give me some time to think about how I'm gonna do this."
"Alright, but don't over think it, and don't wait too long, or else someone else could snatch him up.
Jimin nodded and then chowed down on his burger, trying to figure out how he should approach Jungkook.
After dinner, he walked Taehyung back to the door, but unfortunately Jungkook wasn't there. He really wanted to see the boy, but it seemed he would have to wait until tomorrow when he would chat with Jungkook at work.
~~~~~~~~~~

Jungkook sat down at his usual table at the McDonald's. He didn't know why he kept coming here every Saturday. He told himself it was just a way to get out of the dorms and to study in a different setting, but honestly, the place was noisy and the food . But despite all that, there was something about seeing the poor Ronald McDonald being tortured by small children that made his life seem a little less awful.

Jungkook sighed. He was doing okay at school, but his little crush on Taehyung's friend, Jimin, suddenly became full-blown the second he saw the handsome redhead dance. Taehyung had told him to meet him at a dance practice room saying it was super important, but when he got there, music was playing inside. He instantly recognized "Take It Slow" since he was a BigBang fan, but when he peeked inside though the window on the door and saw Jimin slowly dancing with longing eyes and needy fingers that were reaching for things that weren't there, his whole body went hot. Suddenly Jimin rolled his hips as his hand touched his chest, slowly slipping downwards, and when his fingers curled over his belt buckle as he ed his hips forward, Jungkook's eyes widened, feeling his pants grow tight as he ran from the building and all the way back to his dorm.

It was stupid to be so infatuated with a guy you only talked to once, but for some reason Jungkook couldn't let it go, even though there were absolutely no signs that Jimin was even remotely interested in him. If Jimin wanted to see him, he could have used Tae as an excuse, but he hadn't come to the dorms at all, so maybe it was time to give up.

"Hey, why the long face? No tales of McDonald's horrors today?"

Jungkook looked up to see Ronald standing in front of his table and couldn't help but give him a small smile. "Well, it seems you didn't need my help today. I don't see your usual adoring fans."

"I snuck away while they were eating." he said with a smile. "But seriously, are you okay? You seem kind of sad."

Jungkook felt his face heat up, slightly embarrassed and a little touched by the fact this stranger was concerned for him.

"You're not sick, are you?" Ronald said as he held a hand up to Jungkook's forehead.

"No, I'm not sick... I just...well, can I ask you something?"

"Shoot." as he took the seat across from Jungkook.

Jungkook took a deep breath. "If you have a crush on someone and they don't seem interested should you just give up?"

Jimin's heart clenched in his chest as he stared at Jungkook. 'He has a crush on someone.' he repeated in his head, feeling his stomach churn.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have..."

"No. It's fine." Jimin said, trying to piece himself back together. "Well, it depends. Does she already have a boyfriend?"

"No. Not that I know of, but it's a he not a she." Jungkook replied, looking away.

"That's fine, I'm the same way. Well, did you confess your feelings to him?"

Jungkook's eyes widened slightly, but quickly answered the question "No, but I think he's avoiding me."

"But you don't know for sure unless you tell him. Look, I really at this kind of stuff and am certainly in no position to give anyone advice, but you're a nice guy, albeit slightly morbid, and really good looking, so whoever it is would be crazy not want to date you." Jimin said with a sad smile that was fortunately covered up by the makeup, but when he looked up to see Jungkook smiling at him, not with a cocky smirk or a eating grin, but a real, genuine smile, it almost made his broken heart seem worth it.

"Thanks." Jungkook replied, smiling up at Ronald. "I've never been hit on by a clown before."

Jimin just shook his head. "I'm sure you've been hit on by several clowns before." he said with a laugh. "They just weren't wearing makeup."

"Hey Jimin, your break is only 10 minutes. The kids are getting rowdy!" an employee called from the party room.

"Be right there." he replied and stood up. "Well..."

"Jimin." Jungkook whispered as if he couldn't believe the words.

Jimin turned back to face him, suddenly realizing that he had just been outted. "I...I've got to go back to the party."

"Wait, Jimin!?! Taehyung's friend Jimin?"

"I'm sorry."

"All this time."

"I..."

"I like you." Jungkook said standing from his seat.

"What? But you just..."

"I was talking about you. I mean you Jimin, not you the clown, though you've been really nice, but ah, it." he said and moved in, kissing Jimin on the lips.

Jimin's heart clenched as Jungkook's soft lips connected, moving against his in long languid motions. He gasped when he felt the sweet pressure of Jungkook's tongue its way along his bottom lip. Jungkook's hands grasped at the fabric of Jimin's shirt, holding the redhead close as his tongue slipped past Jimin's lips, killing him and sending him directly to heaven.

"Hey, what are you doing to Ronald!?!" a small boy shouted, and in a single second it was over.

Jungkook immediately pulled back, looking up at Jimin, going pale as he saw the redhead's smudged Ronald makeup. Jungkook wiped his mouth before turning to the child, spouting the first line of bull he could think of.  "Ronald wants everyone to learn CPR. You could save a life. Well, thanks for the lesson, got to go." he said, grabbing his backpack and bolting from the McDonalds.

"Wait." Jimin called but, suddenly the child was tugging as his pant leg.

"Ronald, can you teach me CPR?"

"Umm no unfortunately, Ronald has a party to attend." he said, quickly dashing off to escape the kid

Jimin spent the rest of shift thinking about Jungkook, spacing out every now and then, remembering the softness of his lips or the sweet taste of his tongue, or the way Jungkook's body felt against his. 'Jungkook likes me' he thought himself with a smile. "Or did like me." he added as his smile dropped, wondering what was going to happen now.

The second he clocked out of work, he rushed to clean himself up, changing into normal clothes before running the mile to campus, his breath slightly ragged  as he knocked on the door to Jungkook's dorm.

When the door opened, Jimin looked up and grimaced when Taehyung appeared before him.

"Don't look so happy to see me." The boy remarked, but Jimin just ignored him.

"Is Jungkook here?"

"Oh, so you finally want to see him?" Tae said with a smirk. "But unfortunately, I've been told to tell you that he doesn't want to talk right now."

Jimin's face dropped. This was really all his fault, if he had just manned up and approached Jungkook outside of work, they might have been dating by now. "I underst..."

"No Jimin, you can't just barge in."

Jimin looked up at Tae in question, blinking as he watched his friend fall back onto the open door.

"I know you really want to talk to Jungkook, but you can't just force your way in." Taehyung said as he stared at Jimin, motioning for him to hurry up and come inside.

Jimin entered the door, noticing the large lump on Jungkook's bed, his body completely buried under blankets.

"I'm going to Hoseok's. I expect all the details tomorrow." Taehyung whispered into Jimin's ear. "I'm sorry I failed you, Jungkook!" he shouted and then rushed out, shutting the door behind him.

"Jungkook."Jimin called in a soft voice, but there was no response. He sat on the ground leaning his back against Taehyung's bed while facing Jungkook's. "I'm sorry if I'm bothering you. I understand if you're mad at me, but I just want you to hear me out okay? I guess I don't know if you're awake or not, but I'm just gonna talk anyway."

There was no response, so Jimin took a deep breath as he tried to figure out where to start. "I'm really sorry about everything. I've liked you since I met you at the McDonald's, you were really cute, despite your love of scaring small children. But when I met you at Taehyung's, I was worried that you'd recognized me. Taehyung didn't know I was working as Ronald, and I was really embarrassed about it, but I needed the money for school. I really enjoyed chatting with you, but I was afraid to approach you in outside of work. I didn't know you had feelings for me. Tae tried to tell me, but it's hard for me to believe that you'd like someone like me, even now."  he said unable to stop the small smile from gracing his lips. "So I guess what I'm saying is, if you aren't totally disgusted with me, will you be my boyfriend?"

Silence echoed throughout the room, making Jimin's stomach drop. But then an arm reached out from under the blankets, silently motioning for Jimin to come over. The redhead stood, moving to Jungkook's bedside, taking the younger boy's hand in his, before sitting beside him. "Jungkook?"

Jungkook pulled back the covers, revealing his face. "I thought you'd never want to see me again. And now you want to date me?" Jungkook replied, staring at the ceiling as he spoke before moving to sit up.

At first Jimin smiled at the boy's disheveled hair, but when he looked into Jungkook's puffy eyes, Jimin's heart crumbled and he quickly nodded.

"I must be a really good kisser then." Jungkook added with a laugh, but stopped abruptly as Jimin's fingers caressed his cheek.

"You have no idea." Jimin replied with a smile as he leaned in, watching as Jungkook's eyes drift shut as their lips met once again.

Their lips parted instantly, trying their best to pick up where they left off as their tongues immediately reaching out for each other, dancing playfully in teasing fashion.

Jungkook's hands slipped into Jimin's hair as the room grew more heated, the of their tongues becoming more forceful as they fought for dominance, until Jimin's lips captured Jungkook's tongue, it gently until it slipped away, and the boys were left staring at each other though panting breaths.

Jimin his lips, smiling brightly at Jungkook. "Yep, pretty amazing."

"I don't know. I think we could do better." he said, at the corner of Jimin's lips until the redhead sprung into action, slowly Jungkook's tongue. A moan escaped the younger boy's lips as their tongues each other, enjoying the sweet taste of Jimin's mouth as he fell back against the mattress, pulling Jimin with him.

Jimin barely noticed the fact that they had moved, too focused on the sweet sounds of Jungkook's gasps, but when the younger boy pulled back and began nibbling on his bottom lip, his eyes shot open and their compromising position became quite clear. He gave Jungkook a quick peck on the lips before pulling back, rolling off Jungkook and on to his side.

"Sorry, I guess I got a little carried away." Jungkook said, looking away as his cheeks blossomed in pink.

"Don't apologize." he said as his fingers gently brushed the black hairs out of Jungkook's eyes.

Jungkook glanced up, his heart beating fast as he met Jimin's gaze, the red head simply smiling down at him.

"So, you didn't answer my question?" he said, squeezing Jungkook's hand, watching as a wide smile spread across the younger boy's face, lighting up the whole room.

"I'd love to." he said squeezing Jimin's hand too before he leaned in and kissed Jimin again.

The night was spent getting to know each other, taking about anything and everything and when Jimin woke up in Jungkook's arms, it had to be one of the best moments of his life, until he realized he only had half an hour to get to work.

He quickly scrawled Jungkook a cheesy note stating how he had to leave, but couldn't wait to see him again. He wrote down his phone number and also left a P.S. where he remarked on how cute Jungkook looked in his sleep, and how he wished he could've seen the boy's face while he read the letter.

He barely made it to work on time, and was about to start his shift when his phone buzzed. He quickly unlocked his phone hoping to hear from Jungkook, releasing a sigh when he saw Taehyung's number instead. But when Jimin opened the message his face instantly lit up as he stared at a picture of himself and Jungkook curled up together, fast asleep in Jungkook's bed. And when he read Tae's caption he burst out laughing.

I'm Lovin' It.

'Not nearly as much as me.' he thought to himself as he quickly set the picture to his wallpaper before clocking in.

Maybe this job a lot, but even with the screaming children and annoying parents, this was where he met Jungkook, so he would always be grateful to this place where he swallowed his pride and fell in love.

   The End

~~~~~~~~~~
To be honest, I don't even know what to say about this story. In my other Jikook, Officially Yours, I had made a joke about Jimin having to take a long time in the bathroom, so his hair didn't look like Ronald McDonald and this idea just came up, while trying to brainstorm a jikook plot to write. I feel like this had some crack moments, but overall I hope you enjoyed the jikook cuteness. <3
As always, comments are super appreciated. I'm super curious what people thought of this story since it's a little out there, but hey, for better or worse this is probably the only McDonald's Jikook story you are gonna find, so at least I get a gold star for originality if nothing else. Lolz.
Thanks for reading.
Hey there! I know this isn't labeled as a comedy but it certainly comes off that way at times so I submitted this story to the 2016 World of Literature Fanfiction Awards for Best Comedy. ^_^ It doesn't hurt that you put shenanigans in the description. ;) hehe
Chapter 1: Bahaha! Two parts of this made me laugh out loud for real, and that rarely happens. A) When Jungkook kissed Jimin and I immediately realized he was going to have that horrid, red face paint makeup stuff on and B) when Jungkook came up with the CPR line in record time. XD Touche!
But admittedly, bizarre and a little frustrating because Jimin just wouldn't 'man up' as it were, this was quite a delightful read. I liked how you portrayed him as working two jobs to get through school (the struggle is real!) and how Jungkook fled his dorm to get work done (at first). I guess a place with free WiFi certainly makes sense. ;) heh And it's no joke that his morbid stories were quite entertaining; I just never pictured him as having that sort of sense of humor. It was fun though.
I also liked that little 4D reference with Taehyung. haha Nice add in there. I was absolutely satisfied when Jimin was finally outed and at Taehyung's persistent matchmaking indeed. That last scene with him 'pretending' to try and keep Jimin out was quite entertaining. ;) And their making up and finally becoming a couple was quite cute as well. Definitely happy to have that happy ending as well as that last picture caption too! It was a great way to end the story.
I'm almost surprised that Jungkook wouldn't have recognized Jimin's voice sooner, but I do suppose since they really had met only that one time, it might have been a bit hard to place. haha Great job and I hope your giftee enjoyed this!
