Welcome to Palgan high, home to one of the greatest basketball teams in Korea. But after a brawl during a match, the team was banned for 6 months from any games. 6 months is a long time you see, and the downward spiral of delinquency hit. Fights, Girls, Smoking, Drinking, Loitering, Cutting class and other appalling behavior. It is hard to see the once legendary team. 

That until the arrival of a Jung Hyejin. 32 and fired from her old school, she is assigned homeroom teacher of the delinquents. She vows to bring back the teams former glory, unlock their special abilities and help them win nationals. Thing is, do they want to come back? And, can she help the students knowing nothing about the sport?

 

Characters

 

 Jung Hyejin

She used to teach English at the prestigious Alma Academy but was fired   under mysterious reasons. She is quick witted, snappy and some what unorthodox when it   comes to teaching. She believes that everyone should achieve their dreams one way or another and knows that Ikon want nothing more than to play basketball again. She is a wide eyed idealist with ideas that might to be practical in real life. Often  complimented for her looks even though she wants to  taken seriously as a   teacher.

 

 

  Kim Hanbin

 Capitan of the ill fated Palgan Basketball  club. He was the one who started the fight  6 months ago and got the team banned. He is arrogant, cold and violent and always has to get his way. It's hard to see this guy other than the top boss of the scariest gangs in Seoul Ikon. He blames himself for the whole fight and can't bring  himself to play again without feeling  guilty. All the teachers fear him in some way or another.

 

 

 

Kim Jiwon  

Also known as Bobby. Is is the most agile of the group and a knowledge of street basket making him one of scariest players around. But his brilliance is hidden under his lazy-ness and thirst for fighting. He isn't openly rude, but he'd rather hang out with some girls than attend class. People are scared of him for his strength and laugh behind his back fro his poor grades. He has a serious side that people rather not see.

 

 

 

 Kim Jinhwan

The fastest player in the team, what he lacks  in height, he makes it up with quick passes  and speed. He seems pleasant enough joking  with the teachers and having girls fawn over  him from all the schools in the area. He is one  of the scariest members of ikon with a  reputation as ruthless fighter. His nice exterior  hides a more sadistic interior. People try to  avoid making him angry.

 

 

 

Goo Junhoe

His height matched with his intimating   presence makes it impossible to get pass him. Nicknamed 'The Great Wall'. He is a player with multiple girls on the side, for someone who only cares about his own looks and often sassy. He has his own fanclub and likes to rub it in other people faces that was with a girl last night. Flirts with some of the female staff as   well to get out lesson and other reasons...

 

 

 

 Kim Donghyuk

 He is the one behind the tactics and has the  special skill of seeing the court from a bird  eyes view making it easier to see holes in  other teams defense. He seems a waste  having this smart kid a delinquent. He is  someone you would ask for help on your  homework but must pay him in some way  afterwards. He is the only one besides  Chanwoo who attend some lesson and does homework.

 

 

 

 

Song Yunheyong  

Known as the the technical expert of the   teams. He knows nearly all the tricks of basketball and can easily replicate others moves. He isn't a bad kid, it's just he hangs out with the wrong people. He is known for being a cutie making the girls flock wherever he goes.  He secretly wants the basketball club to start again, but needs someone to push him. He is actually okay once you get to know him.

 

 

 

 Jung Chanwoo

One of the newest of the basketball club. He  is not a delinquent but is grouped together  with them, people think he is. His potential and  fast learning make him a somewhat dangerous  player that may even surpass the others. Too  bad the club decided not play again making  his skills unknown to the other. He is the  bread runner of the group and is often peer  pressured into doing things. He wants the club  to start again but  can't convince the others to  play. He is doormat in some ways with no actual fighting experience
