Singer Wheesung has been revealed to be training his very own female idol group!
According to information shared by industry representatives, Wheesung has been training junior singers he had personally selected from auditions that were held three years ago. Compromised of seven members, the group is scheduled to debut as early as December but by January the latest.
A representative revealed, “For the past three years, Wheesung has been very affectionate with them, even acting as their vocal trainer – giving them pointers and tips. He has personally produced their debut album along with one of the girls. Although their name has not yet been set, associates have taken to calling them ‘Wheesung’s Girls’.”
One of the members’ face has already been revealed through Wheesung’s ‘The Boys are coming’ music video. Representatives revealed that the young woman acting in his music video was indeed a member of Wheesung’s Girls.
On November 1st, Wheesung’s agency confirmed the information and added, “All of the girls were featured in Wheesung’s ‘The Boys are coming’ music video. They were his back-up dancers. Please look forward to the group.”
