"Nerd, you're late!"

He said without turn around his head after I open the door.

I see he and his partner are typing something on their laptop.

I just walk in and sit on a chair in front of him.

"Don't you have to say something about being late?" He asks without look at me.

I give no respond.

He stops typing and look up me.

"Nerd, I'm asking you." He says with his cold voice.

I look down, do not want to face him.

Still, I give no respond.

 

 

 

"I think you should ask his forgiveness." Suddenly someone says behind me.

I turn my head and jump a bit.

Xiumin sunbae's face only a few centimeters before my face.

I do not realized that he is not in his sit anymore and stands up behind me.

"Sorry!"

"Not to me, but to him."

I turn my head to him, before I switch back to Xiumin sunbae.

He is looking at me. Still looking.

"I have to?" I ask with low voice, enough to make Xiumin hear me.

Xiumin nod.

"Sunbae, I'm sorry." I face him before say it.

 

 

 

He looks a bit surprise.

"What did you just say?" He asks.

I sigh.

"I said, I'm sorry."

"No, before that." He says.

"Before what?" I feel annoyed.

I realized Xiumin sunbae walk to his sit back.

*Oh, thank you, sunbae. You make me talk to him back.* I thought sarcastically.

"Before you said I'm sorry." He answers.

"I have to?" I ask him as I'm sure actually he hear it clearly before this.

"No, after that." He says.

"I said what?" I ask him with loud voice.

"Ah, never mind." He go back doing his work.

 

 

 

"Nerd, buy me a can of coffee."

I look at him.

"A can of coffee?"

He nods.

"Minseok, you want anything?" He asks Xiumin sunbae.

"One nescafe."

"And you buy one for yourself."

I nod. 

I stand up waiting for him.

 

 

 

A second.

Two seconds.

Three seconds.

Four seconds.

Five seconds.

Ten seconds.

Twenty seconds.

Forty seconds.

One minute.

"Kris-shi." I call him.

"Yes, why?" He looks up. Then he sees me.

He do not realizes that I'm still not going just now.

He realizes that I'm standing still at my place when he looks at me back.

"Why you're still here?" He asks, feel annoyed.

I blink my eyes.

 

 

Then, I sigh silently.

"Kris-shi, how could I buy the drinks if you don't give me money?" I ask.

"Money?" He smirks.

"Use your money as punishment you're late just now." He says.

"Okay."

I just walk out from the room.

*He's change! He's not same like before.* I thought while walking to the cafe.

*But why I must bothering myself about him? He's nothing to me.*

*But then, he not looking me anymore. It that's because I'm a nerd?*

*Nerd or not is not his problem. If he love me, he will never care about it.*

*Love? It's supposedly he hate me now.*

*Wait, why I'm thinking about him? Now I like Tao sunbae not him.*

I'm fighting with my inner thought along my walk to the cafe.
