You’ve known him since he was just a little kid. He was your best friend actually. You two did everything together until he left to join an agency. You knew he loved music and he was always talking about his favorite rappers to you. You enjoyed seeing him with so much passion. He was one of a kind.

“So am I never going to see you again?” You asked with a slight whisper, making it almost sound like a whimper. He looked at you with a smile on his face, “Of course not~ How can I stay away from my best friend? You know I’ll always be there for you! Just tell me when you want to come to the agency and I’ll make sure to stop practicing and come visit!”

It sounded like a dream. You still would be able to see him. He left a week later. The day he left you were still in school. After school ended you made your way straight to his new apartment. He opened the door for you to show you around. It wasn’t huge but it was pretty big and had two rooms.

“You’re going to have room mates?” You shyly asked. He nodded, “Yeah they’re both Korean but one of them is from the States.” He looked excited and thrilled. You’ve never seen him this happy.

Days, weeks, and then months passed by as he got busier and busier. You worried for his health, but you didn’t want to be over protective. You saw him less and less. He didn’t even come back home for a year. He didn’t even get to say goodbye as you left the country to attend high school in the states. You thought you lost him, your best friend, and you did.
