Chou Tsushima is just a Japanese- American reporter looking to go undercover and write a story about patients living in mental hospitals. However, when she is sent to the BTS Psychiatric Hospital for the Criminally Insane and meets the seven boys already there and their disturbing stories, she gets more than she bargained for.
