kim ryeowook. 23 years old. a cashier at this dingy convenience store and a self-proclaimed master of making good life decisions. also a bored and broke college student, and in reality a master of making bad life decisions. that is, until an equally broke customer with a penchant for cheap instant noodles comes along.
Sometimes, Kyuhyun makes bad life choices--like accompanying Jungsoo into some "adventure" in a remote dangerous island, or like trying to fish for food but accidentally hauling a merman flinging his scaly body onto his tiny fishing boat in a desperate attempt to escape a shark. (But Kyuhyun may or may not make good life choices when he actually stopped screaming his head off and started talking with the merman, because who knew it would lead to realities he only thought
Every once in a while, Ryeowook would find the time to bemoan about life on his Tumblr blog. Ranging from his non-existent love life to how the hyungs would bully him—he would always mention those under the alias of 'nathankim21'. Although, there was this someone who wouldn't leave his blog alone under the username of 'gxian'. Who the hell was Gxian and why was he making Ryeowook's heart skip a beat whene
Five sentences are already enough for them--already enough to show the world what exactly KyuWook is.
Kyuhyun doesn't understand why the hell Cupid is demanding back his arrow.
The only way to console a grumpy Yesung (because having no love life seriously ) is for Ryeowook to narrate how he and Kyuhyun met, with the hopes of making his hyung realize that fate can do the craziest things to two people meant for each other. Unfortunately, Kyuhyun says that Ryeowook's story isn't true and that his own version is the real one. Who's the one telling the real story?
The problem is, he's not special enough for Jungsoo to actually notice him. He's not Hyukjae, not Donghae, and definitely not Kyuhyun. He's just Ryeowook. Just him.
Kyuhyun didn't know when it started--all he knew was that he suddenly wanted to hold Ryeowook's hands. After all, it looked small and so soft, and Kyuhyun just knew Ryeowook's hand would fit perfectly with his. So why, then, was Ryeowook refusing to let him?
Being young, a bit awkward, and surrounded by nosy hyungs 24/7 don't make for a good environment for young love to flourish. So naturally, instead of confessing, Kyuhyun and Ryeowook seek help to their troubles on an online forum for the young and hopeless who have fallen in love. By some odd chance, they both find someone to talk to, someone with problems so similar to their own that they could almost be describing the same situation they have in real life. Fate must
They say that to make him fall in love with me, I have to make him smile. But every time he smiles, I am the one who falls in love. To be honest, I have never thought that a simple smile would be the center of my universe—but that's until he came and managed to light up my world.
According to Ryeowook, Kyuhyun is the unsweetest and the most unromantic boyfriend ever. And according to Kyuhyun, Ryeowook is just hallucinating.
Ryeowook never really knew what has he done to deserve what was happening to him right now. Sure, he would sometimes be lazy, he wouldn't study Math, and he would always whine and act childish, but that didn't mean he deserved to suffer like this! Seriously, how did he even end up with a devil following him, not to mention that said devil is hell-bent (pun intended) on making his life miserable?
Four Kingdoms. Four countries. Everything had been at peace within the four kingdoms for over a hundred years already. However, along with the sudden disappearance of Queen Ryeowook of the Kingdom of Spades is the loss of the peace that had been binding the four kingdoms together. The clock is ticking, and the Royalties better settle their dark secrets, or else it would be too late for Ryeowook and all alliances already.
Ryeowook is strong, Kyuhyun knows.
Or in where the silly hyungs thought it was a good idea to name their weird plan with the titles of the songs of their two maknaes, which really just stood up for: 'Plan to get the maknaes together'. Ryeowook and Kyuhyun were definitely not amused.
It was one of the hobbies they enjoyed doing together while browsing the dark side of the internet: whine and complain about the many KyuWook stories that fangirls seemed to love writing and reading. Really, why did fans always assume that Kyuhyun and Ryeowook liked each other, much more that they were even gay in the first place?
Ryeowook was being weird these past few days. And Kyuhyun didn't know if he ate something bad or what, but trying to be a complete different person was just ridiculous. But for Ryeowook? What was so bad in trying to change yourself just so that your crush could love you back too? There wasn't, Ryeowook would say, much to his hyungs' and Kyuhyun's concern.
Everything is okay, Ryeowook thinks. It really is, but that's just when he ignores the pain. Although the pain is fine with him, really, because Kyuhyun's there to make everything okay.
Wookie and Kyu couldn't ask for anything more this Christmas. They were already happy: they were treated as the gracious and majestic cats they really were by their owners and they were always together happily torturing the other hyung-cats. There was just only one thing they wanted the most though, and that was for their owners to stop bickering with each other (and just get together already).
Ryeowook wasn't sure if Kyuhyun reciprocated his love; that was why he made a list of signs just to see whether the younger loved him back. And to his great surprise, the signs were actually happening! Although... Were those just coincidentally happening or intentionally?
It greatly frustrated Kyuhyun that Ryeowook was so damn secretive. Ryeowook really should just know that it was no use hiding and denying things if it was already obvious; that way, Kyuhyun wouldn't do the extremes just to get it out of his mouth! Really, why couldn't just his best friend admit that he was in love with him?
Kyuhyun never really liked Literature class. He did not know the reason why some famous author was feeling gloomy just by writing 'The sky is blue'. Although, if there was one thing Kyuhyun liked—loved even—in his Literature class, then it would be his adorable and perfect seatmate: Kim Ryeowook.
"Thirteen reasons why Ryeonggu shouldn't be in a relationship with the other members." Kyuhyun had this weird list of reasons and Ryeowook was thoroughly confused. Don't get Kyuhyun wrong though; he wasn't really just jealous. Really.
Ryeowook really was a good cook. He could make any food s would ask for. Although, he had a unique way of teaching recipes and Kyuhyun was highly amused.
Ryeowook knew he should stop this instant. It was starting to get embarrassing and Kyuhyun had caught his gaze one too many times already. But he really couldn't help himself; he just couldn't stop staring at the younger's perfect face and body.
