Aya  and Sungho  loved each other so much. They grew up together as best friends in the orphanage and became lovers. they loved each other so much that destiny didn't hold much longer of their relationship. Sungho had a 4th stage cancer in which he can no longer stay and live. Sungho died and left Aya with another man to love her as much as he did.
