Is it meant to be?   Let me start my story on ups and downs with Kwon Ji Yong or known to world as  G Dragon. It’s not a happy story but not a sad one either so just sit back and listen. It’s a story about a fan and an idol, a girl and a boy, woman and a man, who maybe shouldn’t have crossed paths. But they did, are they happy now we have yet to see. Are they not or are they meant to be?
