Half a year ago, all was peaceful. SHINee had gone on hiatus after smash hit Everybody and dream girl parts 1 and 2, and even the EXO side seemed to have calmed down. I sat in front of my desk, casually scrolling through tumblr on my phone and giggling at screenshots of the Everybody MV (derpy derp) when all of a sudden, a beep sounded, signalling a new message.

"Hey! Check out this video!" It was from another kpop-loving friend; there was even a link attached.

Voodoo doll? I looked at the link. Sounds dubious, but I clicked it anyway.

Little did I know, my bias lists and favourite band lists are about to be tossed and turned and ripped apart and sewn back together...just like the limbs of a voodoo doll.
