Favorite K-Pop Groups

SHINee (bias: Key): Discovered 'em in 2012; the nostalgia of listening to their old tracks is so real. Will never, ever get tired of any one of them.

INFINITE (bias: Sungjong): Love their honest cameraderie that goes beyond just friendship. They are a team that care and really understand one another.

SHINFINITE: Love, love, love the fact that my two favorite groups are so incredibly friendly with each other in real life, notably Toheart (exclusive BFFs), MinGyu (hyung hopelessly belittled by the dongsaeng), and the Dino Twins (look the same, both short, talkative, 2nd oldest in respective groups, same age, atheists, cry easily).

Will Watch (Almost) Anything They're In

Moon Chae Won: Ultimate K-drama bias, incredible beauty, raw acting talent, and lovely yet softspoken girl. Love her chemistry with Song Joong Ki in "Nice Guy" (CHAEKI COUPLE).

Moon Geun Young: Korea's national little sister. Super kindhearted, donates when she can, got accepted to university by way of her own grades, and has superb acting chops.

Jang Hyuk: Awesome charisma that won't leave the screen. Can do humor, action, and emote like nobody's business.

Jo Jung Suk: Amazing with the subtle expressions that make his characters more human.

Song Joong Ki: Great, great young talent whose full acting chops weren't visible in DOTS. Watch "Nice Guy."

Gong Hyo Jin: Give her anything and she'll pull it off like a true pro.

Bonus: Hyun Bin. Most handsome and chiseled guy I've ever seen onscreen.
